Most horrible staff attitude ever and severe lack amenities. Despite ordering before check-in, basic amenities like toothbrush and slippers are not provided. When request from staff, they were unwilling to provided and impatient to finish listening to the list of items. In the end, not all were provided. Water has to be requested. There isn't any water provided in rooms....

The Grand Hyatt SF is in a great location just off Union Square. The rooms are modern and spacious. Views are outstanding, especially upper floors facing the Square and the Bay. The Mezzanine Bar was cozy. Service was excellent starting with Anthony at the reception/check in area. The only drawback is the cost for valet. Over $150 for 2 nights,...

If you're going to SFO for a few days of applied tourism, you'll know there's a bewildering number of accommodation options. Rather than go for the low-rise eclectic options down near wharves, we opted for the Grand Hilton near Union Square. This is a nice hotel, as you would expect. The distinguishing features I would mention are a take-away coffee...

Grand Hyatt at Union Square is always a good hotel in San Francisco with its modern spacious rooms. I have stayed here with family also and it's ideally located for both business and family travellers. The OneUp restro - coffee shop is very versatile with its menu. Pro Tip - Request a room with Coit Tower View

Stayed here for business. The hotel is located in the city and very close to big outlets like Macy's and other shopping venues. Malls and restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel is spacious and feels old school with doormen flagging taxis. Loved it, The rooms are well appointed if a little drab. Comfortable enough though with great views. Breakfasts...

The Hyatt San Francisco is a typical Hyatt hotel (overpriced for the value). The rooms were standard- nice and kept pretty clean. The location is clutch- right in the middle of union square. However, the check-in process was LONG. First in line, I waited for about 15-20 minutes before anyone even asked if I was being helped. There was one...

Again the SF Grand Hyatt proves its one of my favorite hotels. Recently had to be in The City for a dinner and did not want to travel back home afterwards. Hotel was decorated for Christmas - looked fantastic. Loyalty works both ways and thats why I have stayed with Hyatt so long. As a life time diamond member -...

Hotel is in a good spot for shopping and catching trams (trolleys) right by Union Square (behind Apple store) however it is not cheap and it is very impersonal. Aside from check in and out i did not have a single staff member speak to or acknowledge me in 5 days. The 'doormen' dont even open the doors or help...

Stayed here for the first time and it was nice. The roooms are clean and the staff was nice. Vanessa at the concierge desk was very helpful with suggestions on where to dine and what to do. Our first night there she suggested Fino for dinner which is an Italian place next to the saint andrews hotel. It is within...

We arrived at this hotel after a long day travelling. The doorman took our bags from the taxi driver and pushed them into the foyer, no offer to take them to our rooms. We were a family of four, ( 2 adult children) requiring a king room and a twin. We booked and paid months in advance. We were told...
