Very nice hotel. Well located. Though could use elevators directed to specific blocks of floors to cut down on long waits in lobbies. Cannot say enough nice things about the staff; esp. the concierges Elizabeth, Joanna and Elaine. Always helpful, patient and polite. And with excellent up-to-date information about San Fran. Housekeeping was very good too. An area where problems...

I wouldn't stay here again. It wasn't the worst ever, and honestly most of my complaints have to do with the room design. The service has been fine. The walls are so thin that I actually heard my neighbor peeing. Like, not just the toilet flushing, but the actual urine going into the toilet. Gross. Also, the bathroom was really...

Grand Hyatt's have that name for a reason. Besides having a great location, every staff member is courteous and friendly and couldn't be any more helpful except for one of the concierge staff. We had a great room with a view of the GG Bridge.

View of Union Square and street level current construction. Ear plugs added as toiletries are needed as single pane windows don't muffle noise regardless of floor level. Convenient to Macy's, Victoria Secret, Johnston Murphy, tiffanys, and more. Rooms have been updated but corners cut.

This was a perfect location for a very comfortable named brand hotel with all the right amenities; fridge in room, coffee maker, great bathroom amenities and wonderful service 24 hrs a day. The bellman, concierge and check in front desk agents were very knowledgable and helpful.

This is a wonderful San Francisco hotel. The location is ideal and is in easy walking distance to major attractions. We stay on the 32nd floor with access to the special private lounge there. It's wonderful. Many breakfast choices in the morning, snacks throughout the day, and an elaborate happy hour selection are available to guests. There's a great view...

This is a great location for wandering around San Francisco. If you've stayed in Grand Hyatt's before you know what you're going to get…a comfortable room, a seemingly safe environment, concierge, etc. There seems to be lots of parking to go around and we were happy to find a garage kitty corner from the hotel that offered special spaces for...
