We stayed for 4 nights in June, and as diamond members, used one of our suite upgrades during our stay. Overall a nice, clean hotel in a good location with friendly and helpful staff - you certainly would not go wrong staying here. However...It's just not what we had come to expect from a Grand Hyatt and there were a...

Very nice hotel, location, and rooms. Just a little noisy right now with lots of construction next door and down the street. hfjksk hsdflkjhsdlk hklsjdfhsdlkjh hslkdjfslkj hsflksklj kljsdhfjklsdhfsjkdh lkjashdflkjds lkjsdhflkjsdhfjk kljshdfjkshdfh lkjhsdfkljhsadflkhj

The room was large and comfortable. As I was on the 32nd floor, the view, too, was incredible. I have one small complaint - when I checked in, I had to wait for an hour for my room. During that time, I received no feedback from the staff as to my room's status. However, they compensated for the inconvenience (without...

We selected this hotel due to the location on Union Square and it did not disappoint. But our stay was much more pleasant than expected because of our experience with the excellent and friendly staff at the hotel. Steve on the Reception desk was very friendly and made we two weary travelers feel right at home. Our room was lovely...

Decent stay, good location, friendly staff. Hotel restaurant was a bit disappointing, maybe caught them on a bad night. Other eateries close by. Good location for shopping, and getting to know downtown San Francisco. Cabs right outside hotel.

The hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. Quick check in/out and very good service. Very nice bar/restaurant to hang out. The rooms are spacious and the beds are fairly comfortable. I was hoping for a pool, but it did not have one.

Excellent facilities, super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean, quiet and modern. If you are able to have access to the Club lounge, it is a great relaxer. Staff there are the best in any club I have attended. Location is great to get to all the parts of SF you want to visit.

Love this hotel. Right off Union Square. Great for business also if you happen to like Christmas shopping in The City. Easy across the bridge to Emeryville / Oakland in case you are headed that way. Staff is excellent and super friendly.

We stayed here 5/27. First off, the staff, EVERYONE, is absolutely AMAZING and helpful. They provided suggestions for site seeing, transportation and food. Unlike other hotels that charge $8 per bottled water, we had 6 brought to us for free. The hotel is literally in the heart of the city. We were a 5 min or less walk from Chinatown...

Well located in downtown San Francisco with only walking stroll to Macy, Disney store, Union Square and other shopping strip. It's also couple blocks away from Powell Street turntable and Westfield. The good thing is you don't see homeless around your hotels as homeless is part of SF community that you normally see around the town. Room is kinda small...
