Awful. My fault for not reading the reviews. I was too focused on booking a last minute trip and the location. That is all they have going for them. The location. I did not feel safe there. It was filthy and very run down hotel. I have stayed in hostels that were much nicer than this place. They were rude and not accommodating when I checked in. For the promise of breakfast, none. No coffee machine or cups in room. Walls were dirty, chairs were dirty, rug was torn, strange smell in the room, windows would not shut. The only thing that was clean (I hope) was the bed. Disgusted and jacked up price. Never again.

We chose this spot because it was close to the bay, bridge and the pictures looked like a snug bayside inn. When we arrived the room smelt of stale cigarettes, the floor was dirty and damp. The bed was decent other than the gross looking cover blanket, the chairs were stained. We didn't see any bugs but let's talk showers. We are both over 5" and the shower head only came to our necks if that, the showers are so small it is insane. Parking was a nightmare, specially if you planned to be out later in the evening. If you are short and plan to just run into the room to change or something, cool, other than that, this was not worth the money, we left after two nights to go stay elsewhere.

Stayed here for 8 long nights because my sister was in the hospital. The pictures are deceiving. First, the exterior is no longer the tan shown in the main photo, but the ghastly orange and blue. The room we had was considered a suite. The front room did not have a tv. The back room, did, but the remotes (2 of the same) were generic and could jot change the input. The room was surface clean but details, like the baseboards and windows were grimy. The front door itself was covered in dirt. The smoke detector in the back room had been removed. Pretty sure that’s not legal. Tje bed I slept in was clean but there was no screen on the window. The bathroom shows signs of a makeover, but the paint was mismatched where patching was done. The furniture is OLD and mismatched. The dresser that housed the mini fridge had some kind of av hookups at one end. They say no pets, but we saw more than one person enter the rooms with pets. On July 4, the friends of a wo,an who appeared to be staying there long term set off fireworks right next to our car. She asked the, to move but they didn’t listen. We had seen her roll up earlier with her cart and dog. She parked the cart in a corner of the stairwell and went upstairs with the dog. When they were setting off fireworks we called the front desk. They didn’t answer. I let it ring more than 20:times and then it just stopped. No machine, no callback. Nothing. I sprayed the whole place down with MicroBan when we checked in. It was bearable under the circumstances but I would never set foot in this place again without a major overhaul.

This place has everything you desire...IF you have ZERO STANDARDS! 1. People that appear to be living in the hotel 2. Sketchy residents with suspected substance issues. 3. A "SUITE" with a master bedroom without a TV or window screen. 4. A master bedroom that includes the lovely scent of urine. 5. A main room with a mini fridge that doesn't work. 6. A main room that stank like mildew upon entry. My kids couldn't sleep & felt unsafe thanks to constant pounding on the doors on either side of our room with yelling about "b----! Let me in! I gotta get my s---!" & several other lovely things until dawn. If it hadn't been so late when we arrived, we would have left. The positives were as follows. 1. The office staff was lovely. Seriously, they are all too good for that place! 2. The tiny microwave worked. 3. The table lamps were cool & turned into nightlights. 4. They refunded the 2nd night at checkout, as we prepaid for our brief stay. This place needs to be closed & completely redone asap.

We got in late, if it had been earlier we would have cut our losses and left. The carpet and beds were damp. The room smelled, no air conditioning. People were living in the rooms next to us, there was yelling and banging in the rooms next to us, kept us up most of the night. There was a broken tv sitting just outside our door, so safety lock on the inside of our door. There was a dry hard french fry on the headboard of one of the beds, a capri sun straw under the Kleenex. No hand towels or wash clothes and only 4 towels in a room that slept 6, the room with the king bed smelled like body odor. The bathroom floor had yellow liquid all over the floor. No garbage liner in the trash can. The tv kept turn on and off thru out the night. The phone didn't work. the fridge didn't work and when I opened it bugs scurried away. There was a locked door maybe a closet that a light glowed around all night.
