We stay here every time we go to outside lands music festival. We book way in advance and like it for two reasons; it's affordable as all heck and it's no frills. We're just here to sleep, eat and shower. Staff has always been quick and friendly. SF is a very expensive city so this is not what you should...

Thank you for taking the time to write your review of our motel. We are happy that you enjoy staying with us. As a note, we are striving to improve the guest experience with some remodels which will be occurring over this year. Thank you again and we will see you again!

I reserved a reserve the room by time we got there I was being called and harass to be there by 10 o'clock when it said that my room would be held until the following morning due to how far I was traveling to and once I get there they charged me for the whole state like I wanted and...

We took our family to this hotel. It had a suite with 2 queens and 1 king bed and that fit us. The king was in a separate room. Nice for us...the price was cheaper than others. I had read many reviews and had planned for it to be a sketchy neighborhood and wasn't disappointed. We were fine though. The...

The motel is not up to par. The lobby is something fro the 70's. Parking sucks! The room was spacious but by far not up to date. The bathroom walls had mold as well as the window. The carpet was in deplorable condition. Three floors and no elevator. Their site says Ocean is visible on the third floor. Not the...

I'm writing this review based on potential. There is so much potential here - its not a throwaway freeway motel with no hope. Great bones in one of SF's coolest hidden neighborhoods, right on the ocean. With some money The Great Highway Inn could be epic. It deserves to be epic. But I'll settle for "acceptable." - which it could...

Best I can say is that the Staff was very kind in giving us an immediate refund, as we would not stay at the location. Hotel is in shabby condition, we just left Tides in Monterrey. Refused to stay at location and was grateful when found room near wharf. Staff seemed very understanding of our disappointment- I expected a clean...

Very run-down place with much deferred maintenance. Needed a place for the night after attending a party all day so cheap was in order and this didn't even fit the bill in that department. I'm super glad I was too drunk to see the place at night, but waking up in the morning meant I had to see where I...

Across the street from beach and Golden Gate Park, but neighborhood pretty run down. Building is old, not in good condition (no elevator, dirty stairwells and walkways). But sheets and towels clean, bathroom had been updated. Beds fairly hard. Baseboards and behind furniture hadn't been cleaned in a while. No hairdryer (when we asked the front desk, they told us...

This place is OLD & funky! But it's 2 blocks to the Pacific Ocean. The beds are firm and the shower is hot and that's about the most important thing in a hotel for me. They do look like they are preparing for a remodel or at least repainting. The electrical outlets are probably from the 60's so it's hard...
