Ok we came for the Escape from Alcatraz but the service extended way beyond that ever. Responsive supportive and considerate! What a great hotel service responsive and respectful makes a beautiful change!
This is a rather bizarre property with half height escalator and very long hallways. It is clean and rooms were well maintained. Sound travelled through the door pretty easily though. The location is very central to the pier 39 fishermen warf Ghirardelli square scene.
