I recently stayed there, the room was so small and smelled so bad I was glad when I checked out. I just found out they charged an extra $110 in my credit card without my knowledge. I didn't sign anything nor did they give me a receipt to let me know what that was about. Just avoid this hotel.

We were upgraded to a two room suite which was a nice surprise. Room was well appointed and the bed was great. Only thing I wish the hotel had was a free breakfast (although there is a Walgreens right around the corner with a great selection of breakfast items to go). Good location, convenient to the Powel street BART stop....

I really enjoyed that hotel. The staff is friendly, the location is nice, and the room was very clean. When I got there, the receptionist offered a bigger room closer to the elevator or a smaller one further away. I was travelling on my own so didn't mind smaller. The welcome bag is a really nice touch. The bed was...

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is spotlessly clean, super friendly staff, walking distance to the main tourist attractions in the city. We love that it is close to the shops in union square and you will never run out of dining options, so many restaurants in the area and also nice cozy italian restaurant attached to the...

My fiance and I spent a weekend here, and it was a lovely experience. The staff was amazingly helpful with directions, restaurant recommendations, etc. When we had a problem with the wifi connection, someone was there to help within minutes. The location is great - close to Union Square and a variety of restaurants and stores. It was also convenient...

Nice, clean, cosy escape. Great location We had an inward looking room with no noise. All simple and friendly and a convenient restaurant in premise. One minor criticism - water pressure is very poor. Overall really good experience. We were in a suite so ample room. Very welcoming interior.

Gorgeous hotel!! We upgraded from a double bed room (3 ppl) to a king suite for $35. Well worth it. So spacious and separate bedroom & living room. The concierge were very accommodating, so professional and kind. They gave us a complimentary bottle of red wine & a bag of Ghiradelli chocolates along with our upgrade. The location of this...

Far be it for me to define "hip", however this is a pretty cool hotel. I got a gift bag when checking in that contained a bottle of wine I swapped for two bottles of water (non-drinker). The fireplace in the lobby is a real nice touch as were the bathrobes. I would highly recommend staying here especially if you're...

My husband and I just went to San Fran to celebrate an early anniversary. I am usually in charge of the hotels and since I had never been to San Fran before I was going in blind. I am so glad we chose Hotel Abri!! The rooms were a little small, but at the same time they were very cozy....

A great stay, close to market street for shopping as well as a reasonable distance from China Town and fishermans wharf. You can get to most places by foot with reasonable fitness. The hotel was very comfortable, we got an extended check out and the staff were very accommodating. I cannot. Moment on other facilities as we used the hotel...
