This is more of a business hotel, but we booked it for the weekend and the location - close to Ferry Building and Embarcadero Center. Being SPG members, we were upgraded to a suite. The furnishings and decor was modern and chic. Staff was helpful...More
Three words: Laura the Concierge. If I could hire her to come work for my business in Florida, I would. Our family needed a few specific things during our stay here -- a wheelchair, rental car for only a few hours, specifics on visiting sites...More
As nice hotel in the centre of the city, not far from lots of attractions. It’s the staff that really make the difference. Very friendly and efficient. Great breakfasts. Good sized rooms which are comfortable and have great views of the city - would definitely...More
I stay here every other weekend. The staff is phenomenal and makes it feel like a second home. Christina especially, she always remembers me by name and has all my information ready for a quick check-in. Keep up the great work!

The Financial District lies just east of Chinatown but can seem a world apart given it’s San Francisco’s version of Wall Street. The rush of business people make up a hectic weekday and add to a frenetic pace of life, but visitors who spend a few hours walking the narrow streets will be rewarded with fine examples of historic and contemporary architecture, including the iconic Transamerica Pyramid. After business hours,
bars and restaurants quickly fill up with happy hour revelers. Stocks aren’t the only kind of market being followed, the Ferry Building Marketplace on the Embarcadero is a gourmet food emporium and farmers market that will satisfy anyone working up an appetite.
