Check-out date was wrong on arrival. My company had to resend the email to clarify it. My access card stopped working half way through the week. AC is louder than any other unit I ever used (it is disturbing even during the day). Street facing rooms are way too noisy. The walls are literally shaking when someone walks in the...

My wife and I took our daughter out the San Fran and the Hotel Zeppelin as a base for regional college tours. The rooms are smallish but well designed and appointed. A hip arty style throughout the hotel appealed to my 17 year old but also to us 50 year olds. Staff is on the ball. Common spaces are welcoming;...

This is my favorite hotel in San Fran, its modern with a great vibe. The rooms are very clean, there is free wi-fi and valet parking was around $57/ night. I recommend doing self parking if you are not using your car during your stay. There is a garage right around the corner and its only $25/night.

This is the third hotel I've stayed at in 2017, and it has been my favorite. Not quite five stars, but close. It has a great location on lower Knob Hill, and it wasn't too difficult to get in and out of using the valet. The hotel has hip vibe with a neat craft cocktail bar and I would recommend...

Thanks for the great review genevieve510! Glad you liked all the amenities of the room. Did you get a chance to go downstairs to our game room? (it's not just for kids, adults love it too) We have a pool table, shuffleboard, skeeball, all for our guests to uses during their stay. You're always welcome here, so look forward to...

This has been, by far, our best hotel stay in the US, and possibly the best anywhere. The design is quite intriguing -- a modern look, with a touch of 1960's cultural references like local band names printed in a psychedelic font on bathroom walls, posters from the era, inviting you to a Grateful Dead concert, posted on walls, etc....

Thank you for the rockin review Jacek D! Really glad you liked our hip 60's rock and roll vibe. We love to hear you highlight our great staff and rooms. This place was over-the-top. I especially liked the game room (pool, skeeball, hoops, shuffleboard, etc.) downstairs. And the eclectic rooms were far superior to the cookie cutter ones at your normal Hilton and Marriotts. The best, though, was the night front desk, Dennis. He made our stay as memorable as it could be, bending over backwards to help us out...

Amazing hotel I went with my best friend and our 2 boys (ages 11 & 10) the front desk upgraded our room upon arrival. The hotel itself is adorable and fun!
