Stayed for 1 night when United cancelled our flight to Mexico and then for 4 nights at the end of our trip. Huge complex but well positioned as a tourist 1 block from Union Square. Rooms were well kept, quiet, beds were fine. Fridge and safe in room.Staff were all excellent, we had our credit cards scammed and cancelled while...

One of the largest Hilton hotels I've visited. There are 3 towers, two of which are old and outdated so choose to stay in Tower 1 if you can. The lobby was quite busy when we arrived, but were greeted very warmly by a gentleman named Abdullah. He was very personable, took interest in our trip and offered bottled water....

This hotel facility is clean, efficient and conveniently located. We enjoyed the privacy of the rooms as well as the cheer of the lobby. The food shop next to the lobby is expensive, so we purchased drinks and snacks elsewhere.

If you travel in downtown and plan to stay, best bet to save $ is to park your car at a BART station and take the BART into town. Bart station to this hotel was about 3-4 blocks around the corner, so up a small hill and to your left a few blocks. Hotel parking in the city is $57,...

We had a wonderful visit to Dan Francisco with our children for spring break. The location was perfect and central to everything. Most things were within a few blocks and easily walkable or a short Uber ride away. The Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The property was very clean. Our room was in tower 2, it was spacious, updated...

Experience here was bad right from check in. I was staying in SF for a week for work. When I submitted my reservation through our reservation system, I asked for a room away from the elevators and with a king bed. They put me right next to the elevators with twin beds and I had to pay extra to get...

Was here for a conference and paid $65 to "upgrade" to a higher floor with city view. Excellent modernized lobby where you can pick up some good food to eat there, plus all types of tables and seating plus charging stations. A modern and very effective approach. Not so good: These are three separate towers, 40 or so years old,...

Went there with the SO as she had a convention there. It's a big property. Rooms are what you would expect from a major chain hotel in a big city - nothing more or nothing less. Unlike the local properties, the bathroom is big enough to turn around in! There is an outstanding bar on the top floor of one...

Our room was clean and in great shape. It was larger than I thought we might have. The Staff was great. Very nice stay. I appreciate the concern of the staff from the desk clerks to the bell captain. The location was great. It was close to the subway and it was easy to get to the airport via the...

You know what you get - if you know hilton hotels in the US you know this hotel as well. The location obviously is very good in the city centre of San Francisco, therefore the room rates are very high (but meanwhile almost everywhere in San Francisco since rich Silicon Valley nerds moved to San Francisco for living). The breakfast...
