We were on a college tour and my son had not seen SF. We booked the Hilton off Union Square. What a mistake. We arrive around 8pm after a long day.The front desk is behind the bar area so it is not apparent where to go. We approached someone who had just finished with a person checking in. The woman...

I used the BART to arrive from the Oakland airport and made it in no time for a little over $10. Good idea to exit Powell Station and walk. It will be a few blocks to walk. Centrally located to the shops and a short Uber ride away from AT&T park. Make sure you check in with Maria when you...

I attended a conference at this hotel. Overall, typical business hotel in the city, small rooms, and the conference space is spread out and a little difficult to navigate. The check in process was 60 mins due to the lines of people. The staff was calm and handled it well. I had a nice view from my room but the...

Wonderful hotel located in a very safe and vibrant location downtown San Francisco. Close to the rail / trolly system and within a short walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Rental car locations also within a short walk. Would highly recommend this hotel for a business stay or a simple get away.

Great hotel with typical Hilton amenities. Bathroom amenities included more than your typical Hilton. Front desk was very helpful and that was my true reason for 5 star rating. Larysa was incredibly helpful and truly made me feel at home. Not many hotels offer the hospitality that this hotel does and it is because of her. The streets around the...

This Hilton is nice - what you'd expect as far as rooms; very clean. It's a very large hotel..and while it's located in a good neighborhood, it does border on a sketchy one a few blocks away or so, so be conscious of that if you're new to town. I didn't explore a lot of the hotel, but the relatively...

Stayed for four nights - double room three people. The room was very spacious- with a little sitting sofa that actually was comfortable to sit on to plan the day's events. The bathroom had plenty of shelf space, and the water pressure was great in the shower. Housekeeping kept the room very neat and clean. There was no hallway noise...

The city view room we were upgraded to was wonderful - a great lay out of the city, City Hall, and the Golden gate. Room was good with a comfortable bed and a great seating area near the window to enjoy the sites. Bathroom lacked counter space but was fine. Our gold level entitled us to a free breakfast from...

This hotel was very nice and clean. I traveled for business and it was located within walking distance of the financial district and I could walk to my meetings. My room was not on too high of a floor, but I did not hear any traffic and noise was not an issue. I stayed in Tower 1, and the room...

I stayed here for a conference. It is an enormous property and I feel like I never got my bearings. The room was clean, nice, and relatively quiet. I would probably give it a four if the line to check in wasn't insane. I waited for almost 30 minutes after a long day of traveling. The views at the hotel...
