If you want to experience true luxury, spend a few nights at the Fairmont. The hotel is not only beautiful but full of history. It has two cable car lines the run right by plus it’s pretty convenient for most things in town. The lobby...More

This was a grand dame hotel in SF - about 100 years ago. The public spaces are still spectacular. The other similar hotel is the Palace, which has a great pool but is in SOMA and subject to many more of the city's homeless challenges....More

Swanky and stylish, Nob Hill sits in the heart of the city and is home to amazing architecture and views. The hike to the top can be a challenging workout for those who forego a cable car ride, but they will be rewarded with some of the city’s most beautiful architecture adorning its peak. Originally populated with mansions after the Gold Rush, most if not all were devastated in the 1906 earthquake and fire that
followed. Luckily all is not lost; storied hotels and Grace Cathedral surround Huntington Park. Having a drink or dinner while taking in the sunset and views at the "top of the Mark" is tough to beat.

Yeah, did all that. Hence my conscious decision to go ahead and use the tourist forum to discuss my issue, if only to let people know I don't mean to give this property all the lowest marks possible (stars) on all counts after praising their good service! I'm knocking myself out here trying to volunteer my time to making it right. Failing all attempts. As I wrote, I get an error page after completing the Delete action perfectly. But thanks for taking the time yourself, Alan! I appreciate the effort.
