MY family and I spent 4 days at The Inn at Union Square. It was our first stay there. The Inn's ambiance and staff made our stay outstanding. The full continental breakfast, wine/cheese hour and warm cookies made us feel at home. The location and helpful, friendly staff made it very easy to get to where we needed to go....

This is an excellent hotel. The location is great, the service is great, its quaint and the rates are reasonable for this area. The staff is particularly helpful and friendly. We recently had a GREAT visit to The Inn at Union Square. It was so much fun to stay at a quaint and beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Union Square, instead of a mundane hotel brand. The location was wonderful, we enjoyed so much having breakfast in the mornings, as well as a complimentry wine reception at night....

We stayed here recently for four nights. Simply put, this is a great place to stay in San Francisco. The location is perfect, so close to great shopping and dining and just a few blocks up from the cable car stop. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the added touches. The breakfast selections were good, the cookies at night...

Fantastic customer service!! Great recommendations from the people at the front desk. Cookies at night. Delicious breakfast (great granola). Wine and cheese in the afternoon. Warm, welcoming staff. Perfect location. Comfy bed. I would stay here again for sure! My husband and I loved this place, we were sad to leave! Only one downside: no views unless you want street...

I stayed here couple of years ago and enjoyed the place and its little quirkiness. Service was wonderful. Rooms are picture-worthy. Recently again planned a stay there for a convention in town. Unfortunately, could not make it as son fell sick. I sent them documentation regarding this and although the reservation was non refundable, they went ahead and refunded the...

As a business traveler, I am constantly on the look out for hotels that offer some sort of alternative to the large, multi-national chains. While I need a certain level of functionality and comfort, going back to the same names over and over again can make business travel even more laborious. I was thrilled to stay a The Inn at...

After reviewing multiple hotels on trip advisor, I finally chose this boutique hotel instead of a large chain and I am so very happy I did! My husband and I stayed on the 6th floor in a suite with a separate sitting room (he gets up way earlier than I do). The bathroom was nice with a stall shower and...

Good location, friendly staff - particularly Omar who went out of his way to attend to us. The main downside of the hotel is that a large proportion of the rooms face onto a brick wall very close to the hotel. We did get offered on a room on a higher floor on request, yet turned this down as we...
