Stayed in a double room for one night and that was enough. The rooms are very dated with the vibe that you should keep your shoes on at all times. There were some party-goers that kept the complex awake. They were yelling at each other and honking the horn in their car at around 1am, but this is the sort...

We stayed here for 3 nights and were not too sure what to expect but it was just we needed. It's in a good location so you can walk down to Fisherman's Wharf etc. and it doesn't take too long, and you can get a taxi back in the evenings for not too much money. The double room was spacious...

The rooms were clean and quite and the guy at the front desk was very helpful in leading us to some good places to see around the city. Free internet and parking, very clean and large room and very friendly check in staff. They also let us store our bags early which was great. Pretty much one of the best.

It is clean, nice staff, we got very good deal; however the room door is not good isolated and we could hear all night long the cars passing by. For one night, it was a good option. Close to nice places for breakfast.

Stayed here for 3 nights this past weekend - was in town for the PAC-12 championship at Levi Stadium and needed an affordable place for us to lay our heads - This place was it. Yes, it's a bit run down, but from our visit, that is really the only negative we can give. Check in was smooth - the...

Chose this hotel since it was cheap, last minute, and in the center of a touristy area. Im not from SF and wanted to see the sites. Great call. Rooms are kind of gross, but it is very central to everything important. During the night time, bars in the area get incredibly packed but can still be a lot of...

Easy access to Golden Gate Bridge, and other attractions. Affortable hotel with small room with AC. Wifi is not too strong but useable. Hotel is suitable for families. Therefore, free parking but parking area is small and tight.

In July 2015 we stayed at this hotel when it was a different name. My girlfriends and I do the Avon 39 which is a 2 day 39.3 Mike walk for breast cancer. Last year there was no problem leaving our car an extra night while we walked. This year when we made the reservation we noticed the name change....

Clean. Conveniently located. Free parking. Easy access to area sights! Could use an update as far as decor but it was hassle free lodging. We stayed for one night and then a short drive later we visited San Francisco.

Staying in Marina District

Neighbourhood Profile
Marina District
Beautiful homes, beautiful people, and a beautiful backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge welcome visitors to the Marina. Originally the location for the Panama-Pacific International Exposition in 1915 (whose remnants can be seen at the Palace of Fine Arts), much of the land was filled and flattened to accommodate a world’s fair. That ample space has given way to a jogger’s paradise at the northern edge of the city. With the picturesque bay setting as its backdrop, it’s no surprise that the area has hosted numerous movie productions. Daytime activities focus on café culture and boutique shopping, while the evenings turn this neighbourhood into a party-going hotspot.
