The hotel staff are what makes this such a great place to stay in, such great care and attention right from the moment we arrived until we left, even storing our luggage after check whilst out we were awaiting our home bound flight. Reception staff have great knowledge of the local area, places to visit, where to eat etc and...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

Our stay at Hotel Triton was absolutely excellent! Ryan, who greeted us at the front desk and checked us in was fantastic in his accommodation for us. He was very helpful and when our original room was not available, he accommodated that very graciously and generously! We really appreciated Ryan's great help, and we absolutely loved our stay in Hotel...

We enjoyed staying at the Triton. The people on the front desk were always friendly & helpful especially Scott. Over the 3 weeks we travelled in the USA, we stayed in three different rooms, all the same interesting decor!!! Room 619 was the best with the view down Grant Ave.

We stay in Triton every year when we have our meetings in SF. Triton has never failed to take care of us, their staff is very kind and friendly! They have wine nights, and offer refreshments in the lobby and free coffee in the morning. It's walking distance to all the nice shops and union square.

Stayed for 5 nights as part of a 10 day trip having spent the previous 5 at a very small room in a hotel in New York. Greeted by extremely friendly staff and a unique decor. Clean, comfortable room and a spacious bathroom. Gate to Chinatown just across the street. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. Walking distance...

This hotel is in a really good location. 10 minute maximum walk to the Main Street, Westfield shopping Centre and Union Square. We also walked back from Pier 39 and Fishermans Wharf. Took about 30 minutes but was worth it as saw lots of iconic streets and walked through Chinatown. Staff are really good at this hotel, friendly, welcoming and...

Recently stayed with my wife and unsure of where to stay in San Francisco. Decided to be close to Union Square and chose the Triton. Chose right !! Just 2 blocks from Union Square and next door to Chinatown and easy walking to all the main shops and a $10 cab ride to Pier 39 and the harbour area. Reception...

Although the service was very good and willing we were greeted by a lady in a sloppy woollen cardigan and we thought this was not very professional although she was very obliging. The room is small but we got used to it as the location made up for it. It was a very expensive hotel for us from NZ and...

This is a fun hotel, the decor is bright and yet literary - we were pleased to see books by Jack Kerouac and Armistead Maupin in the room. There was no view from our room but that wasn't a problem. The room was clean and had a mini bar, we were told to feel free to take out the cans...

Not worth it for $250, not worth it for $150. The rooms smelled like old cheap perfume unless I ran the AC, and then it just smelled like another ambiguously weirdly smell. Room was kinda beaten up -- paint faded or peeling, weird scratches on the desk, etc. Mattress was suuuper cheap and the pillows were thin, which was the...
