If your after the generic feel of the average hotel, this is not the hotel for you. It has a lovely old feel to it, all be it abit noisy. One thing it lacked was a bar! It's set in the prime area of San francisco- the pictures you see of a steep hill with cable cars on it is...

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's an older property but well maintained. The staff was outstanding and catered to our every wish. The location is convenient. It reminded me of European hotels with an evening wine reception where we could meet fellow travelers. I would stay here again and was very pleased. The only problem was that...

2 blocks from Union Square (shops & restaurants), less than 100 yds to a cable car stop, 30 minute brisk walk to Fisherman's wharf, great breakfast restaurant nearby, 30 minutes ride from SFO airport. It's not plush but our king size bed was great, the room was spacious, I'd read reviews that the bathroom is small, yes it is but...

If you're only staying in San Fran for a couple of nights and on a budget, then this place is fine because the location really is excellent. You can catch a cable car from the intersection between Bush St (where the hotel is) and Powell St to go to Fisherman's Wharf. Be prepared to wait a while though as they...

Dear Valued Guest: Thank you for the review on Trip Advisor and apologize for the inconsistent work that was being done in the hallway around your room. The hotel should not have had any maintenance processed until after 10:30 am and even then a low noise until mid day. The hotel is priced to be a value for the middle...

Stayed here for two nights as part of a drive up the US west coast. Pluses: location pretty good; rooms a decent size; free WiFi; checkin and-out was quick Minuses: The room we had needs to be brought into the 21st century. I can only think the last refurbishment was about 15 years ago. Bathroom especially had cracks in the...

I want to thank you for the review on Trip Advisor and apologize for the inconsistent experience you received at the Executive Hotel Vintage Court. Although the hotel is not a trendy hip hotel nor newly remodeled, the hotel is clean, orderly, modern and in a GREAT location of Union Square as you noted away from the Tenderloin commotion that...

We really enjoyed our stay in San Francisco. The Executive Hotel Vintage Court has a historic charm like the rest of the city. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. This hotel is very centrally located, only a few feet from Powell Street where the cable cars run up and down to take you to Union square or Fisherman's wharf....

The hotel is very well located, near a nice and busy commercial area but distant enough to provide a good night´s rest. It is a comfortable hotel with excellent service. Everybody in the hotel staff was really nice, from the manager to the maids and the porters, but I mention especially Vincent from the front desk and Eli. They left...

Great location and reasonable sized room. Bathroom is pretty pokey but serviceable. Don't stay here on account if the free wine nightly cos it is pretty rough stuff. Still, a nice gimmick and a good way to talk to fellow travelers. At full price ($180 a night) I would recommend somewhere else, but for $85 or less it is perfect.

Great location just a couple of blocks away from Union Square but the room was small and there was a musty smell in the room. It seemed in need of an update. Bathroom was fairly large but brown water when first turned the taps and the old fashioned theme continued in there. Luckily we were very tired when we arrived...

Good location for downtown (right next to Chinatown). Very impressed with the staff who were polite and courteous. The hotel was clean and the rooms were very comfortable. The bathrooms were small and primitive but perfectly adequate. Wireless internet was included which was great as I needed it badly. Every evening 5-6 they have a complimentary wine reception. Overall I...
