Hi there - No issues with any pests. Our hotel team services and cleans all rooms daily, along with a weekly review done by a commercial pest control company to insure our hotel remains pest free.

Yes a small laundry facility is nearby the hotel about 1/2 a block away. Coin operated with small market across the street for better price on full laundry supplies.
