The Rooms are Extremely Small and Old & Dirty. The management barely speaks English and could care less about noise complaints. The Beds are very uncomfortable & Bedding looks like it's never been washed. GROSS!!!!

The staff was nice. Upon entering my room I noticed it looked clean and was very tidy. The bathroom needed some TLC, everything worked though. The hair dryer definitely needed to be replaced; even though it worked, it cut out a few times. There was a bit of black mold in the bathroom, on the ceiling above the shower and...

On first impressions I was concerned it wouldn't be great but the room was more than adequate, the bed was super comfortable, provisions for shower soap etc. Whilst the aircon outside the room made a noise once I used ear plugs I didn't hear it and actually slept really well. The parking was great value for the area and the...

We went into this motel knowing it was not a nice hotel, but for the price and location. Normally we do not mind cheaper locations as we are barely in the room. I will start out saying that the price was good, the location was good- close to Ghiradelli Square and the wharf. We had no concerns walking to and...

The room was old and a bit dirty. The shower barely worked and I'm pretty sure the mattress was older than I am. Worst of all, the room was infested with ants with a steady stream of them pouring out from behind the sink. Gross.

Great location close to Fisherman's Wharf, the cable cars, lumbar street, and about a 1 mile away from the financial district. The rooms are average, but for the price it wasn't bad. The breakfast was very limited but it makes perfect sense taking the limited real estate space available in San Francisco. We were able to leave our lougage in...

The room above us made a ton of noise from every movement of the People above us. I made three calls during the night to management, but nothing changed. They had no rooms to move us to and the calls the made apparently did nothing. Parking was over priced at $25 for a day. Got zero sleep, miserable experience.
