My boyfriend and I had a great nights sleep and a wonderful breakfast at the Jacob Rohrbach Inn. We arrived a little late driving in from Pittsburgh and were welcomed by Chris who showed us around and made us feel at home. Chris showed us to the sitting room where cookies, snacks, water, coffee and tea were waiting. We had...

We have stayed at many B and B's but this is the best one yet. The hosts are lovely people who take the time to chat and offered tips that really helped out. The attention to detail was amazing from the beautiful, extensive Christmas decorations and home decor, to the amenities offered from coffee/cookies/cold drinks to the complete selection, both...

My grandfather and I stayed here for three nights in August 2015 for vacation in the Harpers Ferry room. I took pictures to show to my friends and family when we got back. Though I didn't see Amy, I met Chris who was very friendly. I talked to him whenever we saw him. I just love to meet people. I...

While driving back to Illinois after spending a week in Virginia, we decided that the mild late February weather might allow for a visit to Antietam Battlefield, so we made phone contact with Chris and booked the Stonewall Jackson room, sight unseen... Sometimes you just get lucky! This B&B is located in downtown Sharpsburg, only a couple miles from the...

That's how Chris and Amy treated us from the first inquiry to our departure. Everything about the Inn added to our experience in Sharpsburg. We look forward to increasing our rank in the Jacob Rohrback regiment!

We stayed in the General's Quarters which is a stand alone cottage steps from the main house. The living room area is the original kitchen from the early days of the house's existence and thus has the original cooking fireplace. The sleeping area is very comfortable and the bathroom is quite large. There is also a sitting porch that looks...
