We arrived later in the evening during what I am told was off season so we had one night at the Isaac Wing House and our second night at the Bayfield Inn. Both were excellent and the staff was amazing. Very gracious from the minute on the telephone to the end of our little weekend get away.

The Inn was full, and so we booked a mini-suite across the street in the "Isaac Wing". It was quaint; rustic. There were two separate sitting rooms outside the actual suite. The suite had a frig and microwave. Only real downside was privacy. Only one bathroom, and one couple had to walk through the other couple's bedroom to use the...

Your review may leave the impression that there is only one bathroom for the Isaac Wing House. All units have their own full bath. You apparently stayed in The Phoenix Suite where there is a private bedroom and the main room with two queen sized beds as well as kitchenette and living room. This is an Inn not a Condo...

Stayed here with my mom and sister for 3 nights. We stayed in the Crows Nest. I didn't really know where the house was located when I booked, but was delighted to find out it right downtown. It was so convenient to walk to shops, restaurants etc. The only time we moved the car was to take the ferry to...

Hayfield is a very relaxing destination and the Isaac Wing House is beautiful! Clean room, friendly service. I plan to stay there again. The house is almost 150 years old but beautifully maintained. Similar to staying at a bed and breakfast. There are lots of nearby shops and restaurants.

My wife and I recently went on a fall trip in Wisconsin. We spent one night in the Emerald Suite at the Issac Wing House in Bayfield. The property was in great condition and the Suite was roomy and comfortable. The view of the Lake from the suite was very nice although a few building kept it from being perfect....

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Isaac Wing House earlier this summer. The location in downtown Bayfield couldn't have been better regarding the local attractions (walking distance to Madeline Island Ferry, shops and restaurants). The room (the blue suite) was roomy and clean. The outside of the house had beautiful flower gardens. I had a nice mini kitchen in...

We had a wonderful five days at the Isaac Wing House in late June, staying in the Crows Nest apartment on the top floor. Nice views, quiet place, easy access to all things in town. Very friendly and helpful hosts live on the first floor, along with their very friendly dog. The place is dog-friendly, which appealed to us. Would...

We recently stayed in the Emerald Room Suite in this charming old house with a nice view of Lake Superior in Bayfield, MN. The owners of this remodeled house were very hospitable, friendly, and helpful. They maintain the gardens all around the house impeccably and had many flowers even in the spring when we stayed there. Every attention to detail...

We just stayed in the Emerald Suite at the Isaac wing House and enjoyed 2 wonderful days and nights in Bayfield WI. Our accommodations were comfortable and we took advantage of quiet morning views of the bay between Bayfield and Madeline Island. The Isaac Wing House is situated within short walking distances to restaurants, shopping and all the daily activities...
