This B&B is clean, bike friendly and provides excellent welcoming food and breakfast. Includes a power washer and good garage for bikes. The only draw back is the 1 mile plus down a steep hill to the bike path.

Definitely the nicest B&B my girlfriend and I have stayed in. Historic, friendly, comfortable. A very nice quiet location with at least two good restaurants within walking distance. Reasonable rates. We stayed in the Jackson Rose in, which is fairly spacious, has a very comfortable bed, and decent bathroom (shower no tub). The owners Deb and Phil are super-friendly, very...

My girlfriend Denyse and I stayed at the Jackson Rose last week and had a wonderful time. The owners and their son (and dog!) Are all very welcoming and the home itself is so cozy and lovely...as well as being historic! We had the pleasure of staying at night in the room that Stonewall Jackson used as his headquarters during...

The Jackson Rose is one of Harper's Ferry treasured landmarks and part of the National Register of Historic Places. This Bed and Breakfast is the most visually striking as observed from the front gate. Looking up from the street, a person views an i8th Century residence built of brick with a beautiful front lawn that includes the signature 'Rose' as...

We recently stayed a night at the Jackson Rose B&B in Harpers Ferry WV. Our hosts, Deb and Phil, were lovely people, friendly without being obtrusive. Their home is spotless and our room was spacious and comfortable; we stayed in the Jackson Rose room and highly recommend it. Breakfast was delicious: a fruit cup, homemade zucchini muffins, and Eggs Benedict!...

My wife and I stayed at the Jackson Rose B&B this past weekend. We stayed in the Jackson Rose Room, which is where Stonewall Jackson stayed in this house back in 1861. Not only is the house beautiful and rich in history, but Deb and Phil are so hospitable. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a glass of wine and...

This place is historic, elegant, romantic, and delicious. - Delicious meaning the owner's are excellent cooks. The only negative may be the one mile from downtown Harper's Ferry. The topography here is steep and local parking is hard to find. I would definitely come back again.

Jackson Rose is a historical mansion in Harpers Ferry, filled with many collectible things to admire. The Garret Room was very comfortable, nice bed, very private. Breakfast of French Toast and accompaniments was great. Jackson Rose is a great place to stay when visiting Harpers Ferry.

I just spent two nights at the Jackson Rose B&B in Harpers Ferry and it was absolutely wonderful. It was actually my first time to stay at a B&B and I think I'm hooked, especially on the Jackson Rose. I only live an hour north of Harpers Ferry and decided to spend a couple of nights there to explore the...
