There were 7 in our group. We had enough beds for 6 so one person was on the couch each night of our 3 night stay. The pull out bed was awful so they slept ON the couch which was fine. The kitchen was well...More
So happy to find this gem in Moab. It's located in between town and the entrance to Arches NP. Loads of space for our family of five - complete with laundry, full kitchen, grill, quiet garden, pool and hot tub in common area. Couldn't be...More

Hi KB. We rented unit #4 so I can't really recall/help you with location or the view for balconies on #19. You could try contacting the management company and they may be able to tell you. There is a main map of the properties. Our unit #4 and properties next to our unit all have balconies facing the nice green grounds, making a great view and a little privacy. The units behind us had balconies facing the back of our unit but they may be higher so may still have a view (not sure). In looking at where unit #19 is, if the balcony faces behind the property, you'll have a great view of red rocks:) There is a good description of views on their main Moab Property website. Overall, the grounds and properties are gorgeous!! It's quiet, quaint, and private! I would stay at any of these properties again! Hope this helps!

We are located on the main highway going through Moab and past Arches and Canyonlands National Park. Some units are closer to the highway than others and can have some truck noise. All the units are very well insulated and quiet. If you are sensitive to any noise I recommend any of Units 7 through 22 - they are set back further from the highway and have very little if any noise. Units 1-6 are the closest to the road but are very popular due to the creek and lawn area just off the patios. Many repeat guests request these year after year and are not bothered by the highway. Thank you for your inquiry. We know you will enjoy Moab wherever you choose to stay. October is always beautiful!
