We stayed in lodge No2, which is a real home from home with all necessary facilities catered for short or long stay. The design and layout of these lodges has been well considered, with bedrooms upstairs, living area and kitchen on lower garden level and...More

We stayed recently for three nights. While the styling is a little quirky, our 2 bedroom villa had everything you could need. It was really well set up with a great kitchen. Our kids loved the table soccer and the secret space up the ladder....More

I'm so glad that unit 21 fit the bill for your family! Thanks so much for the family endorsement.
Perfect location to explore the National Parks & Moab. The size of the Condo was just right for us. Our 2 grown children shared the loft and was roomy enough. The unit had everything to cook breakfast and dinner. We grilled on the balcony too!...More

Thank you for your review! We are delighted that you enjoyed the Townhouse and your vacation to Moab. It is very satisfying too us when we know that a family had a high quality vacation while staying here. We hope to see you again!
There were 7 in our group. We had enough beds for 6 so one person was on the couch each night of our 3 night stay. The pull out bed was awful so they slept ON the couch which was fine. The kitchen was well...More

Hi Julie - it sounds like you stayed in one of the units we don't manage. We don't advertise that the sofa sleepers are available for sleeping because we agree, they are not comfortable. Please give this feedback to the rental agent you booked through...More
So happy to find this gem in Moab. It's located in between town and the entrance to Arches NP. Loads of space for our family of five - complete with laundry, full kitchen, grill, quiet garden, pool and hot tub in common area. Couldn't be...More

Hi KB. We rented unit #4 so I can't really recall/help you with location or the view for balconies on #19. You could try contacting the management company and they may be able to tell you. There is a main map of the properties. Our unit #4 and properties next to our unit all have balconies facing the nice green grounds, making a great view and a little privacy. The units behind us had balconies facing the back of our unit but they may be higher so may still have a view (not sure). In looking at where unit #19 is, if the balcony faces behind the property, you'll have a great view of red rocks:) There is a good description of views on their main Moab Property website. Overall, the grounds and properties are gorgeous!! It's quiet, quaint, and private! I would stay at any of these properties again! Hope this helps!

We are located on the main highway going through Moab and past Arches and Canyonlands National Park. Some units are closer to the highway than others and can have some truck noise. All the units are very well insulated and quiet. If you are sensitive to any noise I recommend any of Units 7 through 22 - they are set back further from the highway and have very little if any noise. Units 1-6 are the closest to the road but are very popular due to the creek and lawn area just off the patios. Many repeat guests request these year after year and are not bothered by the highway. Thank you for your inquiry. We know you will enjoy Moab wherever you choose to stay. October is always beautiful!
