The hotel was clean and spacious and quiet. The staff was amazingly helpful. We both needed to see a Dr. during our stay. The delightful young lady clerk, K., used her own phone to help us with making an appointment at a local clinic (there is no 'urgent care' in Moab) where we received wonderful treatment.

The hotel is in an awesome location, close to gift shops and restaurants, just few miles from Arches National Park entrance. The room was clean and spacious. The front desk clerk didn't offer a lot of information about the town maybe because he was tired and we arrived late at night. The outdoor pool is nice but without towels you...

We reserved this hotel sight unseen. Requested a room away from the main street. They complied! The room was clean, updated. The sheets and towels were soft. Quiet, even the refrigerator. We were by the ice machine and we rarely heard it. I think the walls are well insulated as we rarely heard our neighbors. Nice access to a traffic...

If you get booked in the rooms above the lobby plan on being kept up until the tavern across the street closes. Their music is so loud I could hear the lyrics of every song. Now while I know this isn't much fault of the hotels.. however, I feel it should be mentioned by staff or at least provide ear...

A modern, comfortable hotel that is close to everything a traveler may have forgotten. Shopping, banking, restaurants, and shopping is within close walking. The staff is friendly and willing to assist their patrons with any need.

While in Moab in Oct. 2016 we were looking for a place to stay for a couple nights. We happened on Hotel Moab Downtown. Even though it was under reno we had a great room, enjoyed the Arches and Canyonlands National Parks and were able to come back to our room and have a great rest.

Very convenient on edge of lovely town of Moab. Looks a bit of an old jaded motel from the outside, but rooms upgraded and very clean. Overall the motel feels a bit souless but great for one overnight stay.

Good location and great breakfast next door. The room was very dated, furniture old and beat up. Deep grime on doors and the bathroom vent was filthy. The staff was great but the hotel needs a major redo.

Old property in need of major updates. Room not very clean, but location was great for restaurants in area and National and State Parks! I would recommend looking into other facilities in the area, although properties are limited in this area!

We needed a room for an additional night in Moab and walked around on a Friday night to explore. The female at the front desk of Hotel Moab was so accommodating. She had two rooms for Sunday night available and offered to show us the rooms since we had not researched ahead of time on line. It was a charming...
