Very nice! Great location near Arches. Not very walkable though into town. Good breakfast. Room was very comfortable. Good HVAC. A little noise from upstairs so maybe the top floor would be best. Quick elevators.

Good room, nicely laid out with a mirrored barn bathroom door Nice suite layout located just outside Arches National Park where we spent the day. The hotel is clean and almost hidden behind the Fairfield Marriott where all rooms were taken. The only negative I would mention is the lack of insulation between floors. We had trouble falling to sleep due to the herd of elephants stomping the floor above us Perhaps it was people idk

Staff was great. Room was comfortable and spacious. Decent breakfast. Not centrally located, so you had to drive to restaurants, shops, etc. But that was not an issue. Pool was wonderful, with waterfalls and separate area for kids. Two hot tubs and gas fire pits. It was a good location for seeing Arches and Canyonlands.

Thank you for leaving your feedback related to your stay! We hope you enjoyed your adventure to Moab. We are located about 2 miles out of the center of Moab but love our location by the Colorado River and red rock canyons just under a mile from Arches National Park entrance. We are glad you still were able to enjoy downtown and would love to host you again on your next trip to our city.

This is a very nice property when traveling with family. It is the first property you come to from 70 into Moab. It has a very nice resort feel to it with several pools and hot tubs. It is, however, way over priced for a Springhill, but then, so are most properties in town. If you have a family and enjoy the pools, this is the place for you. If you want to be in the middle of town and walk to restaurants, stay in town, this property is about 5 min away. The negative, my room could have been a bit cleaner. They allow pets which for me is a huge draw back and the sofa bed looks like it has been used for pets, it was dirty, hair, and debris. More attention to detail would certainly have exceeded my expectations of this property and that problem kept me from using the extra bed I wanted to be able to use.

This is a newer property, located just outside Moab. Wonderful views in every direction. It has a large pool/whirlpool complex outdoors shared with adjacent Fairfield Inn. The hotel is very nice, large public areas, well-appointed room. You're just minutes from the entrance to Arches National Park, which is important because many days you have to get to the park by 7 or 7:30 a.m. to get in. There are no nearby restaurants. You have a drive of at least 10 minutes to get into town where there are many services. Hotel breakfast could use some stepping up and variety. They have some kind of food service in the afternoons. We tried to order a cocktail. No way. It was difficult to communicate with the waitress. The room was hideously expensive for a Springhill Suites, but there is a shortage of rooms in Moab, which is a very busy place.
