Last place in town that had vacancies due to an event going on. We had no choice but stay here as we were riding through. Ice machine only worked on main floor. Room was small, out dated and not clean. No shampoo or body wash offered in rooms and only had 2 towels. It served the purpose as a place to stay but that was it. Staff seemed to have friends visiting at one point. Quite awkward when I went down to tell them my key card wasn't working. No breakfast offered
We stay here and had our small quiet dog with us room room was clean and nice good supply of towels and we were on the 2nd floor so not a lot of noise good parking and my partner did use the hot tub so so- they do have coffee in the lobby but only at certain times and they always ran out we always take a small hot pot anyways for coffee in the room as not all hotels have coffee makes in the room we also had to ask for a hair dryer which I thought was odd but staff were super nice and helpful I would stay again really close to Arches Park and river area
Thankful to get a room in Moab for the NICA MTB race! Front desk staff was super friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms with great service. Hot water for tea along with a clean pool to go swimming. Make sure you ask them for a hairdryer if you forget one.
Desk is often brusque. The amenities are usually coffee for a pretty brief time in the lobby. No fridge or microwave in the rooms. The pool is nice and seems little-used early. Rates are pretty low for Moab, but there is nothing within walking dustance, if they seem to have enough parking... The bathrooms have nice shower tubs for a soak.
We arrived at 11:30 at night, the attendant started crying when I asked a question and couldn't understand them. Then I had to sign the pet waiver. You are not to leave the pets alone at all or animal control will be called. If there is too much noise, animal control will be called. It was during the heat wave so we couldn't bring our dog anywhere walking during the day, so we were literally stuck in the motel room for two days with the threat of animal control scaring us. MISERABLE experience. Anyone who considers their pet family, stay away from here. It sent me into two panic attacks. Far away from downtown, expensive, and unhelpful. Book somewhere else...especially if you have fur babies.
