I was spending a couple days hiking in the area and really just needed a place to stay the night (and heat up some Thanksgiving supper) and this inn was just right. It was clean and the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly when I checked in. There was a newer and clean mini fridge and microwave which...

Check-in was friendly and helpful and my clean room was just perfect. Owner/Manager offered very helpful local information about the area! Great value in Moab for a basic room and amenities. If you need "Fancy" there are no Four Seasons Hotels in Moab. I recommend!

I would not have chosen the Silver Sage Inn if I had not been reassured by TripAdvisor reviews that it was a decent place to stay. It doesn't look like much in its pictures--and looks even less inviting at first glance in person. However, it turned out to be just what we needed for our October visit to busy Moab....

I stayed at the Silver Sage Inn for 3 nights with a friend for a mountain biking weekend. It is definitely basic but is super quiet and had everything we needed - clean beds, bathroom with hot water, frig, microwave, outside secure storage for mountain bikes, & a great hot tub. The hot tub alone made up for any lack...

We were limited on the motel choices but not wanting to pay a lot of money but still choose a place that was rated well on TA, I chose the Silver Sage. We had a room with one queen bed which I thought would be small but when we went into the bathroom, there was a walk in closet off...

This family owned and run motel is a true wee gem. Nothing fancy but clean tidy and very quite. This place is so warm we didn't have to use the heater which is a first for us. Bed was super comfortable. Small fridge and super efficient microwave in room. Fast reliable wifi. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend to...

Price and room fit my no frills expectations. The room was Spartan but well cleaned each day, and the manager very accommodating. Parking is problematic. It is what's around Moab that you come for, so a bed, hot shower are really all you need. Small fridge, microwave and coffee pot allow independence from having to eat every meal out.

Keep in mind last night we stayed at a wonderful spot in Green River. While researching Moab we noted that the prices were pretty outrageous. We found a place but they had just booked their last room, but referred us to the Silver Sage as being in our desired price range. We pulled up...and laughed. It looked like a well...

Moab is a first rate tourism destination with first rate restaurants, all of which command first rate (relatively expensive) prices. Even the usually affordable chain motels are much more expensive than other places. The Silver Sage is a Mom & Pop that remains a bargain. The young man who owns it is friendly and personable, as are others who we...
