Way too expensive, rude check in staff with what appears to be no local knowledge, yes there is a cycle path to town (not quite finished) but you can walk down it away from the road. Staff did not know this. They had no maps of the area which in my opinion is poor. Room ok, reasonably quiet, could have...

We stayed here for 3 nights earlier this month and enjoyed it. It's north of downtown Moab so one of the closest hotels to the entrance to Arches and the turnoff for Canyonlands. (Advantage: faster to get into the park. Disadvantage: no restaurants within walking distance. Had to drive a few minutes into downtown Moab for food.) Very good, filling...

I don't usually stay at this type of hotel but I was very happy with this stay. The room was large (suite) and the satellite service offered nearly every station imaginable! The only downside is the breakfast. I'm not a fan of pre-made warmed over omelets or their other hot food "products. If all you want is cereal then this...

My husband and I stay at this hotel every time we visit Moab. We love the location! Just outside of town so it's quiet and easy to get back on the road and head north to the national parks or hiking trails we tend to go to. The hotel must have some serious insulation in the walls, as we have...

We went there at the end of March and the outside pool was very enjoyable as well as the jacuzzi. The beds are super confortable as expected from any HIE hotel and the staff was very helpful with questions about where to eat. Free parking and in between the parks and downtown, so perfect location in my opinion. I don't...

Great hotel stay. Good size suite rooms. Continental Breakfast has a Huge variety of food. This location is just outside of dowtown, but not more than a mile. Close to Arches National Park and Route 128/Colorado scenic river Hwy. Nice pool/hot tub area especially for kids...heated!

Friendly service. The breakfast was good, the rooms are spacious. Our little person loved the outdoor pool with the waterfall. He was amazed at night when the fire component was added to the waterfall and fire pit.

We arrived here after a long journey from the Grand Canyon and were delighted with our suite. The accommodation is comfortable and the hotel has many amenities. It is the best Holiday Inn we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world and we have stayed in quite a few.

We had put our group in another local hotel for years and always had good service. However, the owner became greedy. The number of rooms we book, the number of years we've been coming, the quality of our guests, the consistency of our business - none of that seemed to matter, so he lost our business. This hotel was suggested...

Spent two nights over a weekend - three adults, one child. The "2 queen + sofa bed" room was ideal for the four of us. Fast wifi/Internet, microwave, fridge. Even paper towels in the cupboard. The queen beds were great, the sofa bed was, well, a sofa bed - you could feel the springs/wires in the mattress, so had to...
