So, wife and I stay here as we love the Moab area. Hotel is alway clean. Staff is professional and kind. Breakfast is pretty much nonexistent because of COVID and the provided coffee cups are super small. Here is the but…..the electrical situation is terrible. I know this and still forget to bring a multiple outlet extension cord every time we stay. 3 outlets in the room. 1 near the sink. 1 under the desk that is used by the small refrigerator and a lamp. 1 behind the nightstand that is also used by both bedside lamps which should have plugs in them but don’t. You choose to have lights on in the room or charge your devices. Hotel website was confusing. Booked a king size room, received confirmation number but never did receive a confirmation via email. Thought that was strange and at check-in the desk clerk said he didn’t have our reservation. Even with the confirmation number. Not a big deal because it is off season and the lots of availability and he was able to use a previous stays information. Arches Thai was a great surprise. Awesome Thai food and some of the best we have had. And we always eat at El Charro Loco which is across the street. Great fresh Mexican food. Moab is a great walkable town with some fun local shops. I just wonder why they all sold the same T-shirts and hats.

Hello Smobile, There should have been an extra outlet in rooms specifically for extra energy needs. I will get with my coworkers to ensure every room has this from here forth. That is strange about the confirmation. Booked directly through our website there automatically should be a sent e-mail, although we suspect maybe there was a glitch in the system. Thank you of informing us of this I will check into it and hopefully it wont happen again. We hope you found the rest of your stay enjoyable and we hope to see you next time you are in beautiful Moab. Thanks for taking the time to review and let us know where it could have been better and more convenient for you!

I stayed here 3 nights, good location and value for the money. Hotel was clean, only problem was no house keeping because of Covid. I felt there should have been a discount in price of room. The breakfast was prewrapped and bag. best they can do with Covid.

We just stayed here 3 nights the 3rd week of September and absolutely loved it. Great location slightly south of the busiest part of downtown but close enough to walk to dinners and shops. 10 minutes to Arches. Staff was outstanding. Room was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. While breakfast is definitely modified for COVID we thought it was perfectly fine-grabbed coffee to drink while getting ready and then packed a provided bag with muffins and an apple to enjoy as a snack in the park-totally worked for us. This is one of the most affordable hotels in Moab and based on our experience, other reviews, and our personal visual first impressions of the other similarly or lower (or even higher) priced properties in the area this is the best bang for your buck in town.

We really enjoyed our two night stay here while visiting Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse State Park. The hotel is in a great location in Moab. It’s within walking distance of everything in town. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and it was quiet considering they were very full. The continental breakfast is very basic that was the only slight negative. If you want something more for breakfast there are plenty of places close by to choose from. I would recommend staying here for sure!

Stayed two nights at this hotel as part of a bus tour group. The rooms are small but clean. The door stop, on the wall was falling off the wall. It needs to be fixed. There are no handguards or safety guards in the bathtub. One man, in our group, fell in the bathtub, despite using the rubber bath mat. He sustained 2 cuts and a couple of large facial bruises. The Continental breakfast is a "grab and go". You grab a sack, put what you want in it and return to your room to eat. In the room, is only the desk and 1 chair, so if you are traveling with a friend or spouse, one of you eats while sitting on the bed. Most of our group were not impressed with the Continental breakfast. I will give them credit for having lotion, shampoo, conditioner and bar soap which was lacking in some of the other hotels we stayed at.

Good Morning Dianne B, Your review is extremely helpful as to what we can to to better our place for all guests. We do want our guests to be safe and we feel so bad someone got hurt. Although there is not eating in our breakfast area for the time being we do have various seating throughout the hotel as well as picnic tables next to our front patio area. We so appreciate you staying with us and hope to see you again sometime and hopefully some updates will have to made for a more comfortable stay for you.
