I was in Asheville on vacation to see the Biltmore estate among other sites and wanted a hotel that was near downtown without actually being downtown. Check in was a breeze, staff were extremely helpful, and the property has been refurbished. The bed, linens, and pillows were WONDERFUL. Best night sleep I've had in a hotel for quite some time....

On a visit to Biltmore House we chose to stay at the Clarion; what a great choice! They just completed a remodel and the rooms are elegantly appointed with frig, microwave and office desk area. Each light had electric jacks so we had all the plug ins we needed. The re-model included a re-surfacing of the bath tub which just...

I'd taken my mom and my aunt to attend the Biltmore's first bloom festival in mid April, and couldn't have made a better choice. Easy to locate and convenient. The rooms were clean and recently renovated and the staff was more than able to accommodate my mom's disabilities with a ground floor room. "2nd shift Chris" was friendly and very...

Very friendly staff. " Chris" second shift desk clerk was very helpful. First time in Asheville and Chris helped me find a local pharmacy. Room was clean fresh and updated. The price for a king size was great. Will stay there again when I go back to the Biltmore. Only two traffic lights away from Biltmore entrance. Decent breakfast bar....

Stayed here in April and found it very clean and updated. Typical continental breakfast complete with waffle maker. Fantastic location for The Biltmore Estate which is literally just down the street. Downtown Asheville is a few minutes drive. You can buy your Biltmore Estate tickets at the front desk and you get a 2 day ticket for the price of...

Good place to stay near Biltmore Village, and reasonably priced. Typical hotel breakfast fare, but good enough to get the day started. Recommended for affordable place 5 min from the Biltmore and 10 min from downtown Asheville. Entire hotel was just refurbished so it's clean and modern.

Updated, clean, quiet and very convenient to shopping, restaurants and Biltmore Estate. Friendly and helpful staff. You will also get a discount at the Texas Roadhouse next door. We will definitely stay there again.

We were put in a new room. No fridge or microwave in room yet. Room was very clean, but smelled of the new construction. The fitness room was closed due to renovations. The breakfast area was the size of a postage stamp. Good location, but with all the construction, I wish we had gotten a better price or stayed elsewhere....

We were on third floor facing Hendersonville Road -- could hear cars all night + workers through the afternoon -- sounded like they were power-washing right outside our door. Many room seemed under renovation. Two pillowcases had small stains on them but there were around ten in the room so we just chucked the two on the floor. Rest of...

Clean, new, and perfectly located just a mile away from the Biltmore Estate...also easy to get onto highway or, if heading towards town, to Biltmore Village (1/2 mile away?) and Downtown (2 miles or so). Special thanks to Chris at the front desk who made check in a breeze and to Brooke who gave me directions to a great Carolina...
