Checked in on Friday 9/4 for 3 nights , 1 free 2 paid. I was assigned Room 307. The young lady at check in was very friendly and told me what all was going on in the hotel. Went to the room , turned the air down because I like my room cold. The room was not cooling to where i put the temperature. Contacted the front desk and found out they are energy stay but she overrode that for me so I would be comfortable in my room . Only problem I really encountered was kids running up and down the hallway I believe Sat night. Hannah quickly fixed this problem. Kudos to Hannah , very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect , not too far from anything you could want to do . When i come back to Asheville will definitely stay here again !

I would not want to stay anywhere else in the city if Asheville. Great hospitality and cleanliness with great service. Parking was easy in and out. Dogs stay was very at home and relaxed. Great location, your within walking distance of restaurants and stores. The mall is just around the corner. Downtown is just around the corner.

Very clean and up on a hill. Safe if very friendly. Due to Covid they are not serving meals, however they will make you coffee and they have items for sale and a microwave to warm up food that they do for you. We loved our three night stay to visit the mountain areas that we later left to N. Georgia and ended up back st the end of our two week trip for another three night. They gave us a balcony queen size room this time which was really big facing the back woods. We will book again if in the area on our next trip! There is a pool that is vey nice indoors and the staff only lets 10 people in at the time however we did not use it.

Check-in was very easy. The room is modern and clean. The bed comfortable. We were in a king size suite room 201 which had a balcony. I am very OCD so I was comfortable in this room after spraying disinfectant everywhere. Good location.

Close to everything! Asheville has done a great job of renovating the downtown. Young folks (university students) were plentiful. Top restaurants included Curate & Chestnut. We are definitely planning to revisit Asheville in the near future. The trip back on The Blue Ridge Parkway was well worth the time spent!
