This is our favorite stay in Asheville. We've stayed here for 5th year. We've also stayed in nearby hotels. This is a great way to experience the neighborhood of Asheville being in the historic Montfort district. Close enough to everything to walk or cheap Uber. Carolyn is great. Very accommodating. She'll make sure you want to come back! Enjoy!

We stayed at 27 Blake for 2 nights and it was a wonderful visit! Carolyn is a great host and will make sure you have the best time in Asheville. She had wonderful recommendations and was so nice to talk to. The room is so comfortable and nice and quiet, but only 10-15 minutes walking from downtown! Can't beat it....

I was planning a surprise 2 year anniversary trip for my husband and I and I truly lucked out finding this gem in Asheville! I had booked a hotel out of downtown for $200 a night, stumbled upon 27 Blake St, inquired about the room, and quickly canceled my hotel reservations. This was definitely the right move as this house...

Room was clean, comfortable, and affordable. Thanks Carolyn for a great Asheville experience. No breakfast served but that works out fine because Tod's Tasties is a 5 minute walk, and is YUMMY! Easy walk to downtown Asheville. The price does not reflect the quality of the stay at this one bedroom home.

My wife and I just returned from a weekend stay at 27 Blake St. The room was very clean and neat. The inn keeper was very nice and also helpful to reccomend local information during our stay. We will be booking here in the future when traveling to Asheville.

We spent a week at this beautiful bed and breakfast. It was a short walk from downtown, filled with lots of fun shops, amazing restaurants, and music everywhere! The room was beautiful, and there is a giant flower garden we would walk through, the whole place always smelled like roses (well, some beautiful flower smell... but my wife said it...

I almost don't want other people to find this place. With only one room, we were lucky to have gotten in on relatively short notice. It is with walking distance of the downtown shops, restaurants, and bars and the historic Montford neighborhood has a great feel. Carolyn was a gem. We'll be back.

This is a wonderful little place. Carolyn the owner is quite charming! Located in the Historic Montford area, we enjoyed walking block after block of older homes. Carolyn recommended a nearby restaurant(one block), Chiesa, which was quite yum! Our room was precious, and the bed so comfy. After a big day in Asheville, we sat on the porch at night...

We spent two nights at 27 Blake Street. We tend toward places that offer comfort, charm, convenience, and quiet, and this guest house did the trick. (Despite the title on Trip Advisor, breakfast is not included so this isn’t really a B&B.) The bed was very comfortable, the antique furnishings added to the ambiance, and the owner kept us well-supplied...

My husband and I spent the weekend in Asheville and had a lovely stay at Blake Street. Carolyn met us when we got in the first night and showed us a helpful map and list of places to visit. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the location. We were walking distance of a little cafe where we got breakfast...
