We had a two-night stay this week and it was a dream! We had a late arrival but were welcomed with wine from the Biltmore, homemade cookies, chocolates, and a sign on our rooms with our names, which was a lovely touch. We came with our two young daughters, and stayed in room #7 which had two rooms with a twin bed + trundle. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, with beds that were extremely comfortable (I’m pretty sure the king bed was a memory foam mattress and we simply melted into the soft sheets). Our bathroom was lovely, and I was able to take a hot bath with a glass of wine, my first bath in many years! Our girls had fun exploring the garden, playing on the wooden jungle gym, and playing with the board games provided in the room. Breakfast was a dream: three courses, all meticulously prepared and cooked to perfection. My oldest daughter is a vegan and absolutely loved the vegan options. Susan and John were lovely hosts and made our stay so perfect and memorable! We recommend Sweet Biscuit Inn to everyone visiting Asheville! Thank you John and Susan!

Property's Favourite Review
Let me first start off with the owners John and Susan. They make the B N B experience what it should be. They are a pair of the nicest people you’ll ever meet and both go out of their way to assist you any way they can and are very responsive to any needs we had. We spent the New Year 2021 there and had a wonderful time in Asheville. Their breakfasts were amazing and John is definitely a seasoned cook. If you want good food and non-boring usuals for breakfast they will not disappoint!! Fresh fruit was served every morning with fresh juices and even desserts after breakfast which was a win for us. They have home made cookies available every day and the wine/champagne is available in the evening. I strongly recommend you go a few days and relax with John and Susan.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Sweet Biscuit Inn, it was impeccably clean and comfortable. I could go on and on about the food, amazing breakfast. We could not eat three courses at breakfast time but we sure tried, and the white chocolate cranberry cookies before bed hit the spot :-) thanks again for being so welcoming.

The Sweet Biscuit Inn is everything you ever wanted in a Bed and Breakfast. From the moment you arrive and John and Susan meet you at the door - every detail has been thought of. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with a lot of charm, easy parking and close to downtown and the Biltmore. We stayed in the King room, which we LOVED! The decoration and detail in the room is beyond perfect and there is a lot of natural light that comes into the room. Make sure to check out the side window - where you get a great view of the mountains. John and Susan even leave you a few of their favorite things in the room (some local candy, a guide to their favorite restaurants and things to do in the area). And I cant forget to mention the wonderful front porch and some seating in the yard with a fire pit, where we enjoyed our welcome drink with choices of local wine or local beer. The three course breakfast that is served every morning, is in the top 5 breakfasts we have ever had in life. I know that sounds like a complete exaggeration, but it isn't. It is SO SO good. John is an excellent cook. The recipes and the way the courses go together is just amazing. We also felt like by the time we left, we had made two new friends. Susan and John are sincere and genuine people. They are great to talk to, and it was fun to share some of our favorite things we did with them to try themselves (we personally were visiting some of the local breweries so got a chance to tell them some of our favs). I cannot recommend this place enough. We will absolutely be staying here again the next time we visit Asheville. Highly recommend. I only wish we could have stayed longer.
