We enjoyed our stay at the Pinecrest B&B so much! The inn itself is darling, and in a great spot in town. Not too close to downtown that it felt crowded and busy, but close enough to hop in a car or Uber and drive a mile or so to the downtown area. The breakfasts were amazing! My boyfriend is lactose intolerant and has a gluten sensitivity and Diane made sure to keep those allergens out of his food - she even baked special cookies just for him :) Both Dan and Diane were extremely accommodating and friendly. We will be recommending Pinecrest to all our family and friends and we will definitely stay here the next time we’re in Asheville!
This was our first time staying at a B&B and we found our new favorite spot in Asheville. Dan and Diane pay attention to all the details and were such great hosts. The grounds were beautiful, breakfast was locally sourced and delicious and the accommodations were very comfortable. Great location just 1 mile from downtown. We enjoyed the picnic lunch upgrade for our day hiking Hooker, Triple and High Falls. Make sure you take one night for dinner at Nine Mile just a one block walk from the Inn. Highly recommended!
Room was excellent the fireplace was the perfect touch! the heart of pine floors were very southern. bed was very comfortable not too hard not too soft high quality mattress. The owners are first class in every way they even held over our breakfast when we were late waking up. It is the perfect place for a romantic getaway in asheville!
This small, homey B&B has world-class hosts, comfy rooms and the Best.Breakfast.Anywhere. We're talking waffles with fresh raspberries, homemade yogurt (who does that?), perfectly cooked bacon, spinach quiche ... (you won't need or want lunch). Great, convenient location away from the bustle of in-town, and reasonable prices.
This place is off-the-charts wonderful. You can easily tell by the owners' attention to detail that they love what they do, their facility, and the guests that come. Dan was always there if you needed anything or had any questions about Asheville. Diane's cooking was superb. Both were a joy to be around. The facility itself was beautiful, quaint, and spacious. There is plenty of room to stretch out and deeply relax. There are areas, indoors and out, (including a beautiful and spacious sunroom) where you can just sit with friends or a good book and a cup of tea. This has become my go-to place to stay whenever I am in Asheville.
