The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. I made a mistake thinking that the hotel was adjacent to biltmore estate. It isn’t. Biltmore village is basically a shopping area with chain retail stores

Hotel's Favourite
We left a different hotel after a bad experience and found this place. I described our experience to the manager and she was empathetic. She seemed to go out of her way to make sure we were having a great experience at her hotel. My husband and I have traveled to many places around the world, and he travels a lot for his job. But this was one of the most comfortable hotels we've ever been in. We got a king suite. It felt brand new. I guess the hotel is 2 years old but felt like it was 2 months old. We had a lot of room to spread out. The place was spotless. Bed was comfortable. There was a TV in the middle that you could turn towards the couch or towards the bed. It also had a fridge, microwave and even a large counter and sink for serving/eating food. In the lobby they offered food bites/drinks, and had lots of offerings you could purchase if you got in late. Items like oatmeal, etc. It's 4 miles from the Biltmore Estate. And there was a terrific mediterranean/italian restaurant close by.

This was a overnight to do Biltmore Estates walk around. We checked in with a very helpful gentlemen on March 22 202.we were welcomed back as H-Honors guest and was offered complimentary water. we had some questions later that evening with shift change and was met with another gentlemen very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. We had a very good hot breakfast the following morning. A very pleasant gentlemen checked us out the following morning. I saw the manager and complimented her on a fine staff.

We stopped here for a night on our way home from coastal Georgia. The hotel is very well maintained and clean. Our king room was very nice and we liked the covid protocol they have in place. All the employees were friendly and professional. People were constantly cleaning, including the management. They did a nice job offering a hot breakfast with minimal contact. There were precooked omelettes and various biscuit sandwiches kept in a warmer. They also had the waffle maker available. Made things seem more normal. Other places we have stayed this past year only offered cold cereal, packaged muffins, and such. We appreciated the efforts to offer a more substantial breakfast. There were coffee machines available all day, although we are not coffee drinkers. The only thing I missed was a microwave in our room. I brought some soup back from dinner and was unable to reheat it. I understand some rooms do have microwaves. Not a dealbreaker in any case. The location near the entrance to Biltmore is one thing that will bring us back when we have more time to visit.
