Clean, modern, comfortable and good location. We were just passing through and this was Conveient to the interstate. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was adequate. They seemed to be doing the best they could under COVID restrictions.

Clean, newer facility. Six floors I believe. Indoor pool. Great breakfast and friendly and efficient staff from the check in and out. Location in Asheville was great. Close to restaurants and shopping.

A hidden gem very close to Asheville at a reasonable price! Modern and comfortable! Robin and Caroline at the front desk provided excellent service, & recommended Apollo Flame Bistro for dinner nearby. Great food and service, and even a 10% discount for staying at the hotel. Mary in housekeeping was courteous as well. Would definitely stay here again!

I only had a reason to interact with the front desk staff 2 times. Once we asked if we could have an extra chair in our room, and was told no, because of fire code. The same room I could have a role away bed or crib in. 2nd I asked a front desk staff member if they had any soda somewhere, as there was none in the canteen refrigerator, I was told they were warm, and I said that’s ok. She then went and got me a coke from a room behind the desk. I asked would there be away for me to get two, happy to pay, and she then asked me if I was a gold or diamond member. I am a gold member, so with a huff she got me another.
