My husband booked this for a surprise anniversary trip. We were in pet friendly suite on the 12th floor and had more than enough room and an amazing view! The bathroom was huge! It was also extremely quiet for a hotel. Staff was friendly and they even have complimentary dog treats from 3 dog bakery. Only one small complaint was...

I won't even include photos, because our room looked EXACTLY like the photos on their site. We went here for our anniversary, and when we mentioned it to the staff, they gave us a perfect mountain view and surprised us with balloons and chilled champagne. The staff is friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful- very...

We stayed here for the first time and were pleasantly greeted by the valet staff and the front desk. Nokita was knowledgeable and quick to offer all assistance. We have a service dog and they greeted him like family! Although

My wife and I had never been to Asheville before, but this will be the hotel we always stay in when we go back! Great hotel, clean and modern rooms, good bar, super friendly service. We were able to walk to all the bars and restaurants in the city and enjoyed the convenient location of this hotel. If you're looking...

From the moment of arrival, (parking the car for 5 days), until departing 5 days later, we were treated with such grand service. Everyone from checkin, restaurant, bar and especially concierge was outstanding. Got us reservations for a restaurant that usually required weeks notice. Recommendations for a variety of restaurants were spot on. Directions to local attractions were great and...

This was a nice spot to stay, close to the location where we were having meetings. Close to neat shops and restaurants. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the staff were great! It's dog-friendly, which I suppose is why there's no carpet in the rooms. Free wi-fi in the room and free parking. I felt it was a bit pricey...

My husband and I drove to Asheville on our way to visit the Biltmore and Maggie Valley. This hotel was a pleasure. It is located downtown, so we walked around Asheville. Our room was very nice with views of the mountains and parts of downtown. The staff was extremely pleasant.

Indigo is a very nice spot to stay. It's in close proximity to everything and the views are wonderful of either the city or mountains depending on where your room is located. The customer service is great here and the rooms are very clean. The only drawback that I fond was the lack of a mini fridge.

We stayed for the week end of the Wine and Food festival. I bought the package which included the tickets to the sweetest festival on Friday and the Wine and food Festival on Saturday and parking. Great stay, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and staff were very nice. I think everything is overpriced in Asheville. A Latte is $5.00....

Bought our room on Priceline's express bid for $133 a night. I was very happy with what we got for that price, but might have been a little disappointed if I had spent the $200 it normally goes for. We could walk everywhere which was great. Very clean, nice staff. Had a problem with our shower but didn't report it...
