We decided to stay at this hotel since it was in a great location and we could use our IHG rewards points. We have been to Asheville many times but had never stayed here. The room was very nice and inviting with an excellent view from the full length windows (a city view and The Chocolate Lounge which is a plus to any trip to Asheville). The bed was comfortable and the shower was a treat. On our 2nd night at the hotel there was a problem with the hot water for a few hours due to a broken main or something. Things like this can happen anytime at a restaurant or hotel. What sets a place above the rest is how they handle it. The staff at this hotel are professionals and very competent nice people and the situation was handled above and beyond my expectations. I definitely want to give a shout out to Will at the front desk who kept us informed of the situation and handled it with grace and professionalism. We will be coming back to Asheville later this year and we will most definitely stay at this hotel again.…
My wife and I recently spent our honeymoon in Asheville and stayed at Hotel Arras. Everything about this hotel is wonderful! The hotel is comfortable and beautiful, the staff are friendly and helpful—especially James and TJ at the valet. Loved our stay!
We loved our stay here. Great location and friendly staff that made our stay amazing and wonderful! TJ and Gabe were super helpful at the valet and with our car. We will definitely be back very very soon!
Location is superb, but the service at the hotel is the star. The hotel must have been recently renovated as it feels brand new and well done. Gym is comfortable, well appointed and has 2 pelotons (big deal for me). Back to costumer service - there were a few minor covid related miscommunications (would not have happened during typical travel cadence) and the supervisor William made sure all of our potential issues were taken care of. He is one of the *best* managers at a hotel I’ve seen. I’m so grateful to have him to navigate this minor hiccups. Location: walk to *everything*, with spacious comfortable rooms. Kudos to Arras! Stay here and bring your pups!
First, you can't beat the location right on pack square. And they had a wide variety of spaces, including quiet areas where I could go write while my wife slept in. The 5:00 wine social was a great way to meet people. We also loved seeing all the dogs in the lobby areas. We weren't sure what to expect from a dog-friendly hotel, but it was a lot of fun. But most impressive is their dedicated, funny, and conscientious staff!
