This hotel is one of the nicest hotels in the Wyndham family! Good prices and big, clean rooms!! Check in smooth and quick! 96.0 in cleanliness for Covid. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast bag was more than we’ve seen ever! Friendly staff! Nothing to complain about at all! We would stay here over and over! I wish they had water available at check in. That’s it!
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Baymont, which we switched to after staying at a couple of Days Inn motels that were totally unsatisfactory. This Baymont is located up the street from the Biltmore Estate; we were visiting Asheville as a potential area to retire and to visit the estate. Highly recommend this facility.
Average room. TWO pillows were included when I got there, and two were there when I left. Yet the front desk called me and insisted that there were originally four in the room, and threatened to charge me for them. Not only that, but there was no breakfast of any type available when I awoke at 9 am. Lots of HVAC noise as well. Better deals are definitely found elsewhere. I will not be returning.
Wonderful hotel. Very clean. Felt very safe Covid wise. Everyone wore masks and followed the guidelines. Breakfast was a bagged one due to Covid but there was a great variety of things in the bag and tons of food. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.
I usually stay at another place while visiting Asheville which is once or twice a year, except last year. And I will say this place is clean, staff friendly and in a great location. With that all being said this will be my new place to lay my head when in the Asheville area from this point forward. We stayed in a King Suite which had all the amnesties and a Jacuzzi Room with it’s own TV and privacy. A very well laid out room and a great breakfast area, workout faculty and pool. Only they were closed for the COVID pandemic. The safe practice was all around; Masks, Sanitizers and precautions for being safe. Biltmore entrance is .05 miles away and the Historic Biltmore Village is about .02 Miles away....All walking distance but we had rain and didn’t attempt it! Many Restaurants and Casual places all around and Downtown is maybe 7 miles away. I highly recommend this place and for the casual traveler and comfort with cleanliness you can’t go wrong. Only issue was our refrigerator wasn’t working, but a person came and swapped it out within 30 minutes of our check in.…
