Last minute trip, we were able to get a room for 2 nights. I am in love with this place and the grounds. The Biltmore estates is absolutely amazing, peaceful, mountain views all around. Now I don't want to go home. 😉

We enjoyed the stay while touring the Biltmore Estate and grounds. Fantastic walking trails. Easy access to the Village. Upgraded our visit in honor of my wife's Birthday. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Only item was the 'Library Lounge' deck menu was limited in means of food items, should have add some light sandwiches and salads. Hummus was great though. Will stay here again.

Absolutely loved it. WhAt a blast. Magnificent views, beautiful hiking paths, fantastic service at the restaurant. Dinner on the pricey side but worth the splurge. Very kid friendly, the kids cribs we requested included toiletries specially designed for children. What a beautiful gesture !

We enjoyed our stay so much. It was a lovely hotel. Lots of cozy places to sit in the lobby on the sofas by the huge fireplace or in the small library area and enjoy a beverage or appetizer. There was plenty of chairs and places to relax outside on the grounds and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. You could also sit on the patio and enjoy a beverage or dine. There were nice shops in the hotel, and room service was great. The staff would offer bottle water when you left out for touring or hiking for the day. . Even though it was In the middle of a pandemic, I felt safe. Safety protocols were in place and followed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was really nice. They were in the process of putting up the Christmas decorations. I would have enjoyed seeing more of those. I hope I get to go back one day.

We booked the "LAST MINUTE ESCAPE", which ran $198.00, but upgraded to $225.00 for a king bed. It had no view, but who stays in the room, the Inn is very nice, its a hotel. You pay extra to tour the house, which is a short ride away and you do get a discount for being military & staying at the Inn.
