Campground with great location to the Biltmore and Blue Ridge Parkway-- right off I40 and right back on. Somewhat tight spaces with full hook-up with easy Cable TV and wifi. Only complaint was the pool is only open when office is open--9 to 5 PM. Spending all day out in Asheville and area attractions and not being able to cool... More

Our camping club stayed here about a month ago. It had been a hassle to get a reservation. The office staff doesn't always answer the phone. Once we arrived we found the sites to be unbearably close together. We had difficulty backing in and we have a relatively small rig (truck and 26' travel trailer). We had a very bad... More

It is true that there was a storm that unfortunately made a tree fall & damage about 5 vehicles. We called in help right away to clear the tree, & also contacted our insurance agent immediately. I personally spoke with each person that suffered damage, & took photos to submit to our insurance. Unfortunately, the individuals had to go through... More

Big disappointment. Our site was right next to the road. The bath and shower facilities were dingy and not air conditioned but worse of all was the customer service, or lack thereof. We had a problem with our cable and they pretty much ignored it and when i called back, said oh its working fine but it never did. Won't... More

Unfortunately we have to use digital boxes in this area to get cable TV. We have installed a box at each of the sites to make connecting to it a little easier, but is definitely not easy for everyone. When someone has a cable issue, I bring a TV on my golf cart to their site & hook it up... More

Decent spot but a bit crowded and difficult to to get around in as there is only one way in and one way out. Our 27 ft TT was squished into site 41 at the top of the hill and the only way to unhitch everything was to totally block the road for all outgoing traffic. Once in the site... More

This Park is well placed for visiting the Biltmore Estate. Our experience started off bad when inquiring about directions to the park. Well..dah was the answer. No help at all. The extremely narrow sites are fairly level concrete. Our awning is over the next sites sewer. Our picnic table is next to the drawer. Cable TV is clunky as you... More

Bear Creek RV Park and Campground is very clean and the staff are helpful and pleasant. I read other reviews that stated that the park was crowded and noisy. We didn't find it noisy and it wasn't anymore crowed that most other private campgrounds. We met 2 couples there that said they came for a week and extended for 5... More

When we made the reservation for this RV Park we asked specifically if they had wifi and cable. They will insist that they do and will have your $$$ before you find out. We had a chance to verify our concerns while discussing with other guests. They were all the same. "Terrible wifi". "Put up your antenna and watch the... More

We came for two weeks and have been here for three months! It's such a super location and Missy at the office is ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS, she goes out of her way to make visitors feel at home. Glenda and the other women are excellent too. Alvin does an amazing job keeping up the grounds. The Park is close to West... More

This park rating is way to high and big rigs beware. Pull thru's are actually on the road and Lower Level exit is so steep the pavement is marked with tow bars and rails from the bottom of RV's. Staff was pleasant and said you can get out any way you want. But to get in was tight as you... More
