The gal at the front desk was very friendly upon check-in. We asked where we could purchase some wine for our room, which was conveniently at the grocery store across the street. She even provided us with complimentary use of their wine openers. The location couldn't have been any better for us. Many restaurants from fast food to mid-range, within walking distance. Although we prefer a little higher end restaurants, so we didn't take advantage of those around the hotel. The highway exit/entrance is close by and the property is right on Tunnel Rd. which provides easy access to downtown. The staff was friendly and the room was well appointed with a fridge, microwave, comp parking & wifi. Beds were actually very comfortable and the room spacious and clean. Good size if sharing with another friend or family member. Photos on the web are accurate, with the exception of the outdoor seating area, which was limited due to COVID. Great little back patio with two chairs, but would recommend that they add a small table. Vending/ice machine was convenient but bottled water was sold out. Would recommend a more frequent visit from their vendor.…
DO NOT GO HERE! Arrived around 1am, got to the room and it was disgusting, bugs found under the mattress, pubic hair on the toilet, semen stains all over the mattress, air conditioner was extremely loud and the whole room had a musty odor. We left within minutes and asked for a refund but the desk man said he was not authorized. Called management the next day and they refused to give us a full refund claiming we stayed there for hours and used the shower, toilet, etc. which did not happen. Manager also said they re-checked the room and it was “perfect” and they didn’t see anything wrong. Should’ve taken pictures...
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to leave shortly after checking in. They were very understanding and issued me a full refund. The room was nicer that your typical motor lodge and the location convenient. Thank you. Kevin L
My daughter and I made 6 hr drive to take supplies (this is written during COVID-19) to my sister. We were to tired to drive right back, and we realized my daughter had not seen mountains, so we got a good rate on a travel app and came up for one night before the return drive home. At the rate, we were surprised to see so many positive reviews and decided to try it out. The front desk was personable, this was only contact with staff, due to COVID 19 conditions. We found the room to be clean, nice, and secure. It is an older concrete block, two floor, horseshoe shaped structure, but the rooms were updated, and there is a nice outdoor sitting area in the center. The rooms have a nice balcony, facing the center. We would stay here again. Nice, no frills stay.
Very pleased with the value and cleanliness of our room and grounds. Employees were very friendly and pleasant. The Beaucatcher has a great location, easy on and off 240 and down town. The continental breakfast was good and the dinning area clean. Parking outside our door.
