Wonderful breakfasts, gorgeous bed and breakfast on a hill, overlooking Asheville and redbud trees. Huge veranda where you can eat if you want. The house is unbelievable, hand-carved woodwork, arched windows, beautiful rooms, from a bygone era. It would cost millions to reproduce this Victorian mansion. We stayed in the carriage house, which is just adorable and much easier to navigate, for my husband, who doesn’t climb stairs well. We always look forward to staying at Cedar Crest!💕💕💕

This was a wonderful Mom’s getaway to see the Biltmore Estate for the weekend. We had a beautiful room here at the Cedar Crest Inn. Our room was called the Tower Room and it was at the top so you do have to go up several flights of stairs. Our room had a large King bed and a twin which was perfect for the three of us. There is a nice tv but we never used it and a nice size closet. The bathroom is up two stairs within the room but it is beautiful. There is no shower, but it does have a handheld shower head. There is however a beautiful claw foot tub. The staff is so nice and the breakfasts are wonderful even with all that Covid has brought us where restaurants are concerned. We ate both breakfasts out on the veranda and enjoyed the view and conversation. Please explore the grounds while you are there. The living areas with fire places are gorgeous and that staircase! Wow! We highly recommended Cedar Crest and I personally hope to return with my family.

Thank you so much for the glowing recommendation! It was lovely having you ladies with us and the Tower Room is a delight for a party of 3 staying together. It is such a unique room as it is connected to the tower you see on the house. We look forward to hosting you and your family in the future!

We stayed 3 nights upstairs in the carriage house, perfect for two friends because it has two bedrooms. We were steps away from the main house with its beautiful antique sitting rooms and elaborate woodwork built in 1891! Breakfast is what they serve you but you can specify dietary restrictions ahead of time if you have any. We didn’t, and loved what we had, especially the quiche with side salad and homemade (hot) blueberry muffin. Even the coffee was very good. Rooms were very clean and beds and bedding, including pillows, were wonderfully comfortable and inviting. I highly recommend this inn and would happily stay there again!

First of all the house is lovely, Full of antiques and time period pieces. The staff is very accommodating to needs and privacy. The rooms were clean and had that home feel. We had a fireplace and well equipped room. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The breakfast was good and can cater to dietary restrictions. Location, location, location...the house is as close as you can get to the Biltmore and village. You still fell like you are nestled in a home and yard. A very nice stay and will highly recommend!
