We had a great romantic weekend at the Beaufort Inn. We stayed in the Savannah room which is the converted carriage house. The gas fireplace was amazing the first night with the cold and rainy weather. The jacuzzi tub was also a high point. The breakfasts will keep you filled up. You will probably only need a light lunch before dinner. The location is great too. You can walk to downtown, although that may be a bit far depending how inshape you are. Well worth it over a regular hotel room.

The room was beautiful and clean. I was worried we may hear neighbors and it was no issue at all! Our first morning we woke up to birds singing and fresh coffee downstairs. We got to sit on the porch and admire the beautiful gardens while they served us breakfast, which includes homemade scones, quiche and fresh fruit. The inn is walking distance to all the activities downtown and was super convenient. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Ashville.

Since we couldn't be with family for Thanksgiving, we decided to hike in the Asheville mountains and picked the Beaufort House Inn for our accommodations. It was a great choice. First time at a B and B for my wife and she plans to come back with her girlfriends and stay here. The Inn is about what you'd expect for an almost 100 year old home - creaky hardwood floors throughout, doors that don't quite still fit the frames, 12 foot ceilings. All that add to the charm. Reception and service were great, the beds very comfortable, and COVID protocols top notch. My favorite was the second B - breakfast. Each morning we had a 2 course sweet and savory breakfast surprise. They were all fabulous and all different. And, each day there was complimentary wine and cookies in the afternoon . I can't imagine a better B and B in Asheville!

We had a quick one night stay in the Arbor room and were very pleased. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Covid precautions are taken very seriously. Dining tables are separated, hand sanitizers are in public spaces and masks are required. We were given an exact time for breakfast which prevented over crowding. I was given a small sign reading ‘gluten free’ to place at my seat. Speaking of, the gf cheesy eggs and cinnamon streusel were delicious. Husband was given quiche which he enjoyed. The interior was beautiful and immaculate. Two notes re the Arbor room: It is adjacent to the kitchen which meant we could hear kitchen activity very clearly. The tub/shower is not for the elderly or for anyone with balance issues. There is a step up to, and even larger step into, with nothing to hold onto. Husband and i both agree we will stay here again.
