The hotel is extremely close to the Biltmore Estate and Historic Biltmore Village, which was perfect because that was one of our destinations. It is also conveniently close to downtown Asheville, which is another bonus. But best of all, the customer service was great. Carla, one of the representatives in the morning, was the BEST! She remembered my name, she was extremely helpful in giving directions and recommendations, and she was very personable (AND she made sure I got cookies!). Overall the hotel was nice and clean and perfect for our quick trip. I will definitely go back on my next trip to the city and I hope Carla will be there!

Carla at the front desk was the most helpful an amazing asset to this property. I watched her know the guests names and assist with each and every question. One of the BEST hotels I have ever stayed at. Clean, updated, quiet and full of Biltmore history. Carla at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was terrific. Will definitely tell people to stay here when they visit Asheville/Biltmore.

Took kids for hiking, Biltmore and wife shopping. All had a great time. Friday’s restaurant is connected which made it convenient, too. Recommend going to the waterfalls at Pisgah. Also the Art Center at Blue Ridge Parkway.

The Doubletree by Hilton Asheville-Biltmore exceeded my expectations. Quick and easy check-in and check-out. Very clean hotel and room and they abided by all Covid-19 guidelines. Shout out to Carla at the front desk. She emailed me before our stay to make sure we had any requests that can be fulfilled before we arrived. She ALWAYS had a smile on her face and greeted us every morning like we were family and always had doggie treats ready for our doggie. Yes, this hotel is pet friendly!!! The breakfast is amazing and if you are a Hilton Honors member it is free. I would definitely stay here again!!
