We stayed at the hotel for 1 night as part of a trip through the Appalachians on the skyline drive and blue ridge parkway. Our criteria was cheap, food available within walking distance, close to the route and our expectations of clean basic accommodation anything above this was a bonus. Our expectations were met though this was probably the most...

This wasn't our first experience at a Red Roof Inn and considering the price I really expected something more. Almost everything is fair but nothing is special. Location is nothing special though not far from downtown. Free parking. Very kind reception employees. No pool. Rooms are quite spacious. In the bathroom you'll find only soap and shampoo. No breakfast.

We chose the Red Roof Inn due to a block of rooms reserved for a wedding. We came early and spent a few days in Asheville. We found the location perfect for venturing out. The room was fine - we had a King room. It was large, had a nice large desk area, a fridge and a microwave. No, it's...

The front desk clerk was very sweet and helpful - I had booked ahead and check-in was easy. It was raining when we arrived, and all the rooms open from the outside, but this wasn't too big of a deal. We were upstairs and took the stairs, though there is an elevator in the middle of the building. We had...

We stayed the night on our way back from Florida to Ohio so we can wake up early and drive through the Blue Ridge parkway. The room smelled like smoke, but I don't know how recent this inn has been smoke free. All the 100% smoke free signs looked new, and no smoking signs usually just say No smoking, so...

We called around trying to find a place to stay while on our road trip to Myrtle Beach. The lady on the phone was very helpful, though not at the location, was still able to meet our request for 2 rooms next door to each other. By the time we arrived, the place was sold out, as we're many other...

Stopped in here on our way back from myrtle beach. I loved how you can pull your car right up to your door and unload. That was where all the positives ended for us. As soon as you opened the door a musty damp smell hit you in the face. Then the bed was filled with hair which I only...

When we walked in, I was amazed at the lovely decor--not really expecting that in a budget hotel. We have stayed in Red Roof before, and I find their places to be a good value and the staff to be excellent and friendly. They had good free WIFi and a plethora of outlets for recharging. All in all a very...

Our room was fresh and clean. This is a pet friendly hotel so I'm assuming that's why they had laminate wood floors. They must have great insulated walls...never even heard a dog bark!! Very nice and simple decor made if feel even cleaner! The staff was friendly and helpful. This location is right off the Interstate and easy to get...

Conveniently located at I-40 exit 44, the first real Asheville exit as you approach the city from the west. Red Roof Inn is located on a side road, partially hidden by service stations and fast food emporiums along Smokey Park Highway (US 19/23/alt74). Two quick lefts and you'll see Cracker Barrel, Comfort Inn and Red Roof Inn clustered together on...
