We stayed the night on our way back from Florida to Ohio so we can wake up early and drive through the Blue Ridge parkway. The room smelled like smoke, but I don't know how recent this inn has been smoke free. All the 100% smoke free signs looked new, and no smoking signs usually just say No smoking, so... More

We called around trying to find a place to stay while on our road trip to Myrtle Beach. The lady on the phone was very helpful, though not at the location, was still able to meet our request for 2 rooms next door to each other. By the time we arrived, the place was sold out, as we're many other... More

Stopped in here on our way back from myrtle beach. I loved how you can pull your car right up to your door and unload. That was where all the positives ended for us. As soon as you opened the door a musty damp smell hit you in the face. Then the bed was filled with hair which I only... More

When we walked in, I was amazed at the lovely decor--not really expecting that in a budget hotel. We have stayed in Red Roof before, and I find their places to be a good value and the staff to be excellent and friendly. They had good free WIFi and a plethora of outlets for recharging. All in all a very... More

Our room was fresh and clean. This is a pet friendly hotel so I'm assuming that's why they had laminate wood floors. They must have great insulated walls...never even heard a dog bark!! Very nice and simple decor made if feel even cleaner! The staff was friendly and helpful. This location is right off the Interstate and easy to get... More

Conveniently located at I-40 exit 44, the first real Asheville exit as you approach the city from the west. Red Roof Inn is located on a side road, partially hidden by service stations and fast food emporiums along Smokey Park Highway (US 19/23/alt74). Two quick lefts and you'll see Cracker Barrel, Comfort Inn and Red Roof Inn clustered together on... More

Clean, comfortable, and easily reached was just the beginning. This is a motel run by people who care. I want to give a special shout out to front desk staffer Janene, who was not just genuinely friendly and welcoming, but who helped out above and beyond when my spouse and I needed to unexpectedly complete a financial transaction online and... We were visiting our son who lives close by this Red Roof Inn location. The room was clean and updated. Really great "no smoking rooms! Fresh coffee available in lobby. Basic room at an affordable rate for senior travelers. We stayed 2 nights. The room was cleaned and fresh towels were provided, too.

Excellent location with access to places of interest, quiet setting, clean and reasonably priced and comfortable beds. Enjoyed the WiFi and the desk area in our room. Nice to have a small refrigerator and microwave.

The location is beautiful, but this Red Roof is a bit pricier because of that ($125 for one night). This is the best place to stay in Asheville if you have a pet, no extra forms or hassle, and a an area out back to walk the dogs. There were a lot of dogs there this weekend, and they wouldn't...
