We love this hotel. The staff is very attentive and friendly (I have to give a mention to Michael and Michael at the front desk, you guys are great!), our rooms were lovely and the location can't be beat. Granted we had the higher-end rooms on the 6th floor. We saw smaller rooms and can say it is worth the...

Hotel is in an excellent location to explore Boston. Team is friendly and helpful! Four Stars are absolutely justified. Our family room with 2 bedrooms was perfect for our short stay an can be recommended. Hope that the hotel stays on this level.

Do not be fooled by the pictures on the web site. These room are tiny and the bathrooms are so small you literally can hardly turn around and we are small people. Very tastefully decorated, The elevators are extremely slow. The staff is very helpful and the bed was the best we had on our entire week long trip. Had...

Having lived in Boston, I knew the location was going to be perfect for a one night stint. So easy to access all that this GREAT city has to offer. Sofia at the front desk was super helpful with our check in/out, considering we didn't have time to waste. There was another young gentleman who helped us with a few...

We recently visited Boston for a Red Sox game and stayed at the Copley Square Hotel. We arrived too early to check into a room, but the staff was very accommodating. They proceeded to check us into a room but explained that we would need to wait approximately one hour before it would be ready. They took our bags for...

We stayed here last weekend. We were in town for the Tom Petty show. I was amazed at how friendly & courteous all staff members were, everyone greeted us with a smile! We picked this hotel because we wanted two bedrooms, a good location, and needed a pet friendly atmosphere. The Copley Square Hotel delivered! The two bedroom Family Suite provided enough room for two adults, two teenage boys, our service dog and family dog. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were always greeted upon exiting and entering the hotel....

An architectural beauty of a hotel where my husband and I enjoyed a great retreat. With the aid of Bellman, Renaldo and our Doorman Jeff - just to name a few of the warm and accommodating staff on hand to make business/pleasure an easy task during our stay around the Boston area. Many attractions are in walking distance from the...

Staying in Back Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
