Have been at the Copley a few times now over past several months...Staff wonderful and everyone is helpful and friendly...Rooms are very nice...Good size for Boston as rooms in most hotels are on the smaller side...Only issues were last time the toilet was running and had to call maintenance to fix it and this past time, the TV was broken...Think...

Very close and convenient to everything. Shopping, Bars and sites. The staff gave us great advice on what to see and do as well as restaurant recommendations. The free coffee and wine in lobby were a bonus as well as the convenient hotel restaurants. You can walk to everything including a grocery store next door. But undoubtedly the (2) Trolley...

Stayed here four nights and we loved our location and experience. Upon checking in, the staff helped us get our itinerary for the next three days. Helped us in locating public transportation and offered suggestions for lunch and dinner. Every night from 5-6 is "wine" down, where the hotel offers free red or white wine to its guests. Ordered breakfast...

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. As others mentioned, the staff and location were great. One day it was raining and the doorman let us borrow an umbrella for a few hours so we didn't have to buy one. Our room was on the fifth floor and very quiet. The only noise...

the copley has a great location, but the nightclub directly underneath will keep you awake. the club at 2 am lets out on to Exeter street and the screaming, car horns and drunks are intolerable. I don't mind a little noise but not for another hour. Don't bother...waste of money.

My Wife, 4 year old son and I were looking for a place to stay in Boston last minute. Called a few places and could only speak with agents taking reservations from a central location - not in Boston. When I asked spicific questions to these agents about the hotel they were representing and the Boston area the weren't very...

Maybe one of the strongest qualities of this hotel is their service. These people are doing literally everything in their powers to make you feel comfortable in their hotel. The rooms are a bit small for my personal tastes but they are very well arranged. The location of this hotel is right in the middle of everything: you can walk...

This place is a very nice boutique hotel. The staff here really go out of their way to make sure that your stay is the best possible. Right from the first encounter with the valet, the staff were outstanding. Special mention to Keith on the front desk for both the extra ordinary hours that he worked, as well as the...

or perhaps not, there have been so many. The Copley Square Hotel was a class unto itself and a place I felt quite comfortable. Others have commented on beds, linens and the like but I was most impressed with the staff. I tend not to notice imperfections in the physical plant when I receive warm and genuine service as I...

Staying in Back Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
