The hotel exterior is a hole in the wall more befitting an hourly rate hotel. Lobby and rooms are soulless. After settling in I requested a room change because of noisy kids next door through paper thin walls. The front desk person repeated what I said back to me as if it was utterly laughable and she could barely contain...

We were lucky enough to have one of the best rooms of our room type (a 2 room deluxe) and it was phenomenal. The rooms were clean, the lighting made my heart sing, and the staff could not have been better. The m&m's in the Diamond lounge were a big plus for us. Josh and Benjamin at the front desk...

Upon entering the room I was met by a complex array of odors. Someone had clearly smoked in this room and them someone used tons of air freshener trying to mask it. Furniture like back in the 70's (brown furniture, brown carpeting and teal wall coloring) and a bathroom that is in urgent need of an upgrade. If this would...

Room was small, but it's Boston. Would certainly stay again. Diamond lounge was great. Location was premier. Across from mall. Lots of walking. Taxi in from Logan airport and never taxi again until we left for airport. Walked everywhere, Copley square across the street, Quincy market - great walk. Go to leagle seafood for lunch and walk back. 25000 steps....

....is very cheap Otherwise good location, bar and reception areas were pleasant enough, large rooms but a tiny bathroom did not permit cat swinging and was so small I kept accidentally dropping my towel in the toilet water after getting out of the bath

The place is not bad, but waiting 17 minutes for the water to heat up or going down 3 times to get the rfid key to work is kind of too much. Accommodations are nice and updated. Please, keep these doors clean! They are ugly dirty..

Hotel does not feel very secure. Drunken homeless in reception area. Very inconvenient to get suitcases from parking to your room. Tiny rooms and thin walls, so you are awoken when neighbor flushes toilet. Very slow complimentary internet. The main plus is location and mattresses are OK. Service is not reliable or alert. Housekeeping complains about their healthcare to you....

25th floor room, great view, though the wind turbines on top of the tower at 888 Boylston St. kept catching my eye (not expecting movement out the 25th floor window). Room well kept, bed made very neatly (chocolates were a nice touch). Took me a minute to find where the complimentary waters were placed. Decor: 5 of 5 : Very...

This is nice Hilton that is in the perfect location for performances at Berklee. Our room on the 22nd floor had just been renovated with brand new carpet and beds. While there is nothing boutique about this hotel, it is clean, friendly, and you know exactly what you're going to get.

Spent 2 nights at Boston Hilton Back Bay. Looking forward to returning. Upscale room in a great location. Front desk was attentive and accommodating. As a Hilton Honors gold member we arrived early and were able to check in. The ftness center was very clean, fully equipped and we also enjoyed the whirlpool and swimmimg pool.

Staying in Back Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
