We had a wonderful time. Everything was top notch. If we ever find ourselves in Boston we would definitely stay here again. Good bed and pillows and towels. Renovated bathroom. And an individual air conditioner. We were very comfortable.

My friend and I spent a a week in Boston and found this B&B to be in a perfect location. The Subway T is blocks away and you can access everything you'll want to see in Boston! It's a walk from Fenway Park (do the tour!) and Boston University. It's a quiet and safe neighborhood. We were able to come...

Excellent hosts. Great location to public transportation to go anywhere in Boston.Got the twin beds made into a King. No problem. Bed was comfortable. Everything very clean. I got the parking space for our car and never had to drive anywhere. Took subway to harbor and North District. Could walk to Fenway and to Duck Tour. Would highly recommend. Cheaper...

I needed a place close to Boston University where my daughter was staying this summer. The B and B was right around the corner and super close to the T station at Kenmore Square. It was only me, so the single room on the 3rd floor was ideal. It, and the private bath were super clean and had every amenity...

It was our first time at a b&b and we truly enjoyed our stay. Located on a quiet street lined with brownstones. Lovely inside and out. Very nice hosts who offered great tips on getting around the city. Walking distance to Fenway Park and a T stop. A nice 25-minute walk from the Boston Museum of Fine Arts as well....

Great location for Red Sox games. Very clean, comfortable room. Very quiet. Thank goodness they had an air conditioner for the window - it was a hot visit for Boston. Host and hostess were very pleasant and anxious to care for any needs. Our room was on the top floor (4 flights of stairs I think), so beware.

Nice comfortable room. Keep in mind, four flights walk and small shower area. Clean, comfortable, very quiet- didn't feel like you were in Kenmore square, or even that other people were staying there, good parking... Very close walk to Fenway. Located behind CITGO sign (you can see park and sign from your room) but light does not shine in room....

Mr. and Mrs. Themo run and take care of this b&b with all their hearts. They are excellent hosts who are detail-oriented and are wonderful people. This place is SPOTLESS CLEAN (and I am a neat freak myself), adorable, quiet, and convenient (one block away from the T station)! We will definitely come back. Highly recommended!!

One block from Kenmore T station -many convenient stores, places to eat within 5 minute walk. B&B very quiet, wonderful to have air conditioning in July! I had a single bed room with its private bathroom in hall - not a problem for me, although the bathroom was quite small. Room had excellent amenities - minifridge, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi,...

Nice area, nice people, nice brownstone. Offered a parking spot which was good since we drove in from NY. Had a place to leave the car for the weekend. Walking distance to everywhere (if you like to walk). Very close to Fenway Park which is why we were in town.

Staying in Fenway / Kenmore

Neighbourhood Profile
Fenway / Kenmore
The Curse of the Bambino may have ended years ago, but loyal Red Sox fans will continue to infiltrate this home to historic Fenway Park, where you can find victory banners, people yelling in stereotypical Boston accents, and lots of sports bars. Located within Kenmore Square, the old gas station Citgo sign is another Boston skyline classic seen throughout the city. In addition to a hectic and diehard sports mentality, this neighborhood is also home to some of Boston’s many universities. Move from Boston University territory to that of Northeastern, and spend time at the famous Museum of Fine Arts. For more culture, check out the smaller but equally beautiful Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Continue off the beaten path and check out the green space in the Back Bay Fens, a pretty community garden. This diverse neighborhood has a mix of universities, sports, culture, and more residential green space.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
This charming brownstone, built in 1896, is set on a quiet, tree- lined street adjacent to Kenmore Square and the Charles River, and very near Boston University and Fenway Park. The property has been lovingly maintained as a private residence for two generations, and all original architectural details have been preserved. The home boasts modern amenities with old world Victorian charm, and its guest rooms come with: queen bed with a single foam sleep sofa (for a small child), or twin beds that can be made into a king bed with a single foam sleep sofa (for a small child), and private attached baths. There is also a single room with a private bath in the hall. All rooms have TVs, private phone lines, desks, and A/C, and are on either the 3rd or 4th floor. The B&B's popular breakfast is self-serve continental in the dining room. There is limited parking on site plus public parking lot half a block away. The green line subway is just steps from the house. ... more   less
