I stayed here in September 2017. From the moment we arrived until we checked out the staff was helpful friendly and went above and beyond. The room was immaculate, anything I called down for was brought up instantly. Extra shower caps, cotton rounds, and towels...More
After searching several upscale hotels to celebrate a night in town for my birthday, we chose the InterContinental Boston. We arrived a few hours early for check in and the front desk agent, Rinske de Vries, assisted us. She was so helpful and friendly and...More
Stayed here for the first time and I’ll be back. The location to the business district, public transportation (South Station is 2 blocks away) and the nightlife of the Seaport District makes this place a winner. The service staff is excellent, attentive and works hard...More
I absolutely love this hotel. Stayed there mid December & it was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Was my 2nd stay there. Very inviting & friendly staff.

Receiving good service as a hotel is expected but the customer service I received at the Intercontinental was exceptional. I was exhausted after a long flight and late arrival and Jerry Enamorado did everything to make sure I settled in nicely and felt as comfortable...More
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have
your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
